The location is great. A ten minute walk from the main part of Taormina. From the main street you can see historic ruins, take a cable car to the beach, enjoy chic restaurants & shopping, all while taking in breathtaking views of Mt. Etna erupting. You are just far enough from the main street to get a bit of peace... More

Having stayed at this hotel whenever in Taormina for some 10 years now, I feel it long overdue to post a review of our little hidden gem. Yes its a 10 min walk from the centre of Taormina, through a very quiet residential area, but its worth it solely for the peace & quiet you get once there - you're... More

Just 10min walk to the entrance of the historical city area. Really quiet and cozy place to spend vacations with a reasonably small buget. Splendid view from the balcony. It's pitty, It was still too cold to swim in their own swimming pool with a jet bath. Lovely wide-ranged breakfast in the sunny side cafe'. Friendly staff. I'll surely go... More

Had to get a taxi to find the hotel as it was well tucked away. There is hardly ever anyone on reception, our room was nice and clean but its not worth getting out of bed for the breakfast, there was a choice of ham one day, cheese the next. Watered down orange squash, water and milk, tomatoes, rolls and... More

We stayed in one of the Hotel's Apartments (3 bedrooms) for 7 nights in late July. The Apartment was just across the road from the hotel, 3 very large bedrooms, kitchen, small lounge area, 2 balconies and a patio/garden area. Traditional design with air con and a nice sea view from the rear. The rooms were amazing and there was plenty... More

We arrived in the early evening to find the hotel tucked away, could have been nice little did we know. Check in was hard work and the first thing that you notice is the overwhelming smell of cigaret smoke. A long walk down a hot corridor and some stairs that are only just wide enough for the suit case and... More

We were disappointed with our room which was pokey and dark and very noisy at night with lots of noisy children in the pool. Very little service of any kind and a lot of cigarette smoking by staff and other clients-even while we were eating breakfast -which was very basic anyway. Humph!

We stayed here for five nights as part of an AA Great Getaways break. The hotel is situated in a residential area of the town, a 10-15 minute walk from the main shopping area. Facilities are basic, as are the rooms but they are a fairly decent size and reasonably clean. Minimal toiletries in the bathroom, which are sometimes not... More

We stayed here for 7 days and the staff were good. One spoke enough English to get by with and so this was useful when we needed anything/information. Parking was fine, but tricky to get to by car, probably best leaving hiring of a car until you are leaving Taormina. Swimming pool was nice, but deep. I could not go... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2nights. Free parking, but you must walk down a 5mins hill to get your car there, maneuvering the car into the car park is a tricky ordeal! The location of the hotel is a good 10-15minute fast paced walk to Taormina town centre. The staff were lovely and the older lady owner was just adorable,... More
