After reading some of the reviews about train noise, dodgy aircon and smelly rooms we were a bit concerned but upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms are spacious, clean, all have a balcony with sea views, breakfast is to die for! Restaurant and bar offering great food and drinks and service from friendly staff unquestionable. Private beach location (decking... More

Fantastic location next to the sea. If you want to visit the city you can take the funicular, which is 5 minutes walks away from the hotel, cost 3 euro each way and offer a great view and experience. Up-side: location, atmosphere, clean pool with saltwater and not to forget the breakfast Downside: very dirty and dusty under the furnitures,... More

It is an amazing hotel with good service and excellent restaurant... close enough to Taormina, perfect to get away from the small crowded city but still close to go for a dinner. The hotel has a beautiful sea in front where you can swim. The Pizzeria they have for lunch is great and the restaurant for dinner is a very... More

The distance from Taormina is a bonus. You can escape the crowds on the cable car (runs 0745 - 0100hrs) to peace and tranquility by the sea - or so we thought. Its €3 each way or €10 for a day pass. However, the train line from Messina to Catania runs through a tunnel under the hotel. We were awake... More

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. Breakfast are lovely, taken in front off the sea. The rooms are ok, although the ventilation system could be improved, the room seems damp. Real problem is the distance from Taormina. You are really far, and need to get the funicular in order to go there. Fortunately they are very often so you won't... More

The room was beautiful and a nice terrace overlooking the bay. Unfortunately, the smell of the room was horrific. It was musty and I had to sleep with my face in a t-shirt from home that was fresh from the laundry. Not good.

We changed to this hotel as unhappy with the one booked via travel agent. This was exactly what we wanted: easy acces to sea for swimming and close to town. The amenities and features made it a most relaxing and enjoyable stay. We loved staying here and recommend it for those that want luxury and access to crystal clear waters... More

We were to a Grand Circle tour and the whole tour got moved/upgraded to Atlantis Bay from the sister property. It's decorated in a pleasant but unusual manner with ruins, horses, and sea horses and other sea themes done in cream and gold. There is a very large and comfortable common area and the breakfast room is gorgeous with a... More

Sitting on our large patio, overlooking the bay as the sun comes up, I feel like I am in paradise. Our king bed room is large, the bed is very comfortable and all the extras like great bath products, slippers and robe. The bathroom is a bit small but the tub is lovely and deep for soaking. Staff was very... More

This hotel is unusually constructed straight up the side of a cliff. All rooms face the private bay with lovely large balconies. Our suite offered very comfortable furnishings that more than met our needs. We arrived from a very wet visit to Mt Etna on motorcycle, wearing dripping rain suits and were warmly welcomed by the staff even with our... More
