We were booked to stay at the Ipanema for 10 nights but left after ONE NIGHT ONLY. It was dreadful. The room was awful, tiny, no room to swing a cat. Came back from Ipanema Hotel on 23rd August. We had a great time. As so many others have said the staff at the hotel were so helpful - from the reception (Christine) through to cleaners and the famous waiters (Mario) and bar staff.
