We stayed as part of our insight tour. The was great the views were amazing from our hotel room. The pool looked clean and inviting. The food was the only let down I think that needs to improve but there are plenty of cafés and restaurants in the area.

First impressions were excellent. The staff, lobby area and grounds. The room was excellent but as the others have noted the bathroom with a half glass partition in the shower means you will be ordering more towels. Our travel group stayed here as part of our tour of Sicily. It is a good location for exploring the town of Taormina.... More

If you like old world elegance, this is the hotel for you. Located on a cliff, overlooking the sea, this hotel is beautiful and so convenient to walking into Taormina in about 10 minutes through a most beautiful Asian inspired park. The large swimming pool sits on the edge of the cliff and overlooks the sea and the upper hillside... More

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. We had a south facing superior room with a balcony with two chairs facing the coastline and Mt. Etna. The room was very nice, the breakfast room big and roomy, food is the usual, wait staff all very nice. The pool is down stairs, but a nice walk through foliage with a great view.... More

Two rules when booking at this hotel: do NOT take a room "by the pool"; DO get a room with a southward or eastward view. We were in a group, and everyone with a room "by the pool" had to make a substantive trek to get to and from their rooms and the front door of the hotel. Down in... More

Lovely elegant hotel with great vies of sea and Mt. Etna. Our room was small but had a great balcony and wonderful view of the sea. The shower/tub in our room was an annoyance since it always allows allowed water to splash on the floor and required us to use lots of towels to mop up the floor. Lovely pooland... More

We stayed here for one week, half board and we were not disappointed This is our second stay here, and we have always stayed in sea view rooms with a very nice balcony. Our room was 232 ,which was very clean and it was well cleaned every day by really motivated staff who were friendly and efficient. The bed was very... More

The hotel was full but that does not excuse mold in rooms nor a four story climb to the lowest elevator for guests. Wi FI was useless in rooms and variable in the lobby. Fabulous views, so so food and convenient location near town and that most essential of travelers aids, a laundry. Reception was adequate and public rooms grand.... More

Great location, 10 minutes walk from the very centre, so quiet but accessible. lovely pool area and snack bar and great views over the coast and mount etna. We had a classic room which was a little small with a very small balcony which had room for only one person standing. But it was clean and quiet, so fine. Hotel... More

This hotel had a beautiful view from the room we were in. Unfortunately getting to the room was a five to ten minute walk including steps. The breakfast was adequate. The really unfortunate thing was that a hotel guest took the wrong keys for the car we had rented. The hotel had he keys in a basket rather than with... More
