Villa Nettuna is a good value in a town where good values aren't common. The view from our terrace--looking down on the shoreline running north from Taormina--was spectacular, and breakfast was served in a pleasant garden, also with great views. The staff of this family-run B&B seemed eager to please, and generally did. The location is just a few steps... More

We stayed here for a one-day visit of Taormina. The hotel is conveniently located next to the beginning of the old town and a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. It's a classic and classy villa that offers incredible views of the sea from many rooms, balconies and the common terraces. The rooms are very clean and tastefully furnished,... More

We stayed one night in April. Good thing was that there was a heating all night since weather was quite cold. Room simple, but ok for one night. Good positioning towards center, although parking is a bit far away and requires some climbing on the steep hill ☺ Breakfast was very very simple. Just bread, butter and very low quality... More

We did not stay in villa Nettuno, just for one afternoon (we stayed in one of the other appartments of the owner). It's a very caracteristic Villa with a great view! Old style and a good atmosphere! Great location, just a few steps from Corso Umberto.

We stayed here two nights and it was the bargain of our trip. I read numerous reviews citing cheap furniture, plain rooms etc. but seriously, for the price this place is amazing. We had a room with a view of the sea and a terrace with the same view, a firm mattress and air conditioning. The villa has a lovely... More

I was in Villa Nettuno in July 2013, only a couple of nights unfortunately. The hotel is really nice with a old style and romantic atmosphere. Rooms are simple, clean and essentional, the garden where breakfast is served is amazing, with an outstanding sight on the gulf and plenty of flowers and green. The few observations are about the absence... More

Bad experience. Dirty room, old cheap unstable furniture, very bad bedding, and a lot of mosquitoes. It is a pity because the location is very good and the exterior feeling of the hotel is quite nice. Could be much better if the owners cared a little bit but when you see their own living place further back in the garden... More

Very well located close to the main door of the old town (Messina Porta), on the eastern side of the cliff, the Villa does not look at Etna but dominates the seashore (lido Spizone up tp Letojanni). A bus stop is just in front of the Villa and the cable-car station for the Lido Mazzaro beach is also just in... More

We went for a couple of nights, had difficulty finding the Hotel in the dark, managed to leave the car outside the hotel until the next morning. Super position, convenient for sightseeing and shops, really convenient getting to the beach, as the weather was gorgeous. Parked the car in a safe car park near the hotel. Lovely staff. Beautiful garden... More

So I have done the fancy thing in Taormina. And my previous review says don't bother with Taormina...stay in Isola Bella. Well... I stay true to that...however if you are going to do the romantic, "I want the view", and the village experience than get yourself here. It's a walk back in time when all things that made Sicily charming... More
