Mr. Pardo and his staff were all very helpful. They even found a parking space right in the middle of this very busy tourist city. The hotel is very charming. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Our room, #27 had a balcony overlooking the main street Breakfast was plentiful and good. We would certainly stay here again. more

Cute little hotel right on the main walking street. Very friendly & helpful hotel staff. Room was clean, bright, with a cute balcony over above the action. Buy a bottle of wine and sit on the balcony & watch the action! The newly renovated hotel includes double-pane (and soundproof!) french doors to the street - so it was very quiet.... more

Stayed here for a week on a package holiday with Thomas Cook. Hotel is in the centre of Taormina. Breakfast is repetitive but the coffee is good! Watch out if you have a packed breakfast as it isn't very good and it never varies. But, we chose this hotel for its location and the fact that it looks so amazing.... more

We stayed here for one night in October 2008. Taormina is quite an expensive place and for its location (right on the main street in the historic centre) this hotel is relativly cheap (we paid 80 EUR over internet). The reception was welcome but in the room it became quite clear where the price is compensted. The room was clean... more

It was great to find a place that reminded me of the traditional, 2-3 star, family-run hotels that my family used to stay in across towns and cities in Italy in the 1980's. The Victoria has a real charm and the lovely family who own and run the place have a lot to do with this. Ignore the star system... more

We stayed at the Victoria hotel as it was a cheaper place to stay in the otherwise expensive resort of Taormina. Although the hotel is only rated as 2-star accommodation the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The best thing about the hotel is the location, right in the middle of the main street, Corso Umberto, you couldn't get... more

We spent a week in this beautifully elegant traditional little sicilian hotel! The 2 stars don't do it justice, it was spotlessly clean, family run by polite and kind people, lovely breakfast room with continental breakfast and plenty of true Italian coffee! The triple glazing shut out the noise from the pedestrianised street below, there were only electric fans but... more

I agree with the comments made by everyone else. However, our only disappointment was that our room had no air conditioning, only a very noisy electric fan. It was very hot so we had to sleep with the glass doors open and the fan on, we didn't get much sleep during our week stay because of this and the multitude... more

We stayed in this wonderful Hotel in September 2008. We had a family wedding in Taormina and what a fantastic stay we had. The hotel is beautiful. It is spotlessly clean and so beautifully Sicilian in every way. The staff are kind and courteous and always ready to greet you with a "Bon Journo" and a smile. Wonderful, charming people.... more

What a find! Taormina is a charming, friendly, beautiful place. This hotel is run by a lovely Sicilian family. It has passed through generations and the family members who run the hotel are incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is located on the Corso Umberto which is the main street through the town and our room had a lovely balcony... more
