Cute little hotel right on the main walking street. Very friendly & helpful hotel staff. Room was clean, bright, with a cute balcony over above the action. Stayed here for a week on a package holiday with Thomas Cook. Hotel is in the centre of Taormina. Breakfast is repetitive but the coffee is good! Watch out if you have a packed breakfast as it isn't very good and it never varies. But, we chose this hotel for its location and the fact that it looks so amazing.... more

Taormina is quite an expensive place and for its location (right on the main street in the historic centre) this hotel is relativly cheap (we paid 80 EUR over internet). It was great to find a place that reminded me of the traditional, 2-3 star, family-run hotels that my family used to stay in across towns and cities in Italy in the 1980's. The Victoria has a real charm and the lovely family who own and run the place have a lot to do with this. Ignore the star system... more

We stayed at the Victoria hotel as it was a cheaper place to stay in the otherwise expensive resort of Taormina. I agree with the comments made by everyone else. However, our only disappointment was that our room had no air conditioning, only a very noisy electric fan. It was very hot so we had to sleep with the glass doors open and the fan on, we didn't get much sleep during our week stay because of this and the multitude... more

We stayed in this wonderful Hotel in September 2008. We had a family wedding in Taormina and what a fantastic stay we had. The hotel is beautiful. It is spotlessly clean and so beautifully Sicilian in every way. The staff are kind and courteous and always ready to greet you with a "Bon Journo" and a smile. Wonderful, charming people.... more

What a find! Taormina is a charming, friendly, beautiful place. This hotel is run by a lovely Sicilian family. It has passed through generations and the family members who run the hotel are incredibly helpful and kind.
