Enjoyed a week b&b, staff very friendly, food & drink moderately priced, clean, we pre booked a sea view, which is essential I would say as otherwise you are facing a cliff! Room was adequate, the shower leaked terribly we did report it, but nothing was done. It meant the thin towels had to be used on the floor to... More

Really impressed. Stayed at the sister hotel last June in lake Garda and this was so much better. No children which was probably due to a lot of steps as its built into a cliff. So peaceful, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was v good lots of choice, fresh produce. Drinks at the bar were cheaper than most places in... More

Just back from a week B & B at the Ariston. Lots of good things: the buffet twice a week, 22 Euros plus beverages - excellent value. Excellent Maitre D. We had an early morning departure and the breakfast room was opened to cater for us, a nice and much appreciated touch.Reception staff were fluent in English and very efficient.... More

being fans of the mainland we were pointed in the direction of Taormina by some friends of friends who happened to come from there. What a lovely place. Hotel is well situated and we had a terrace balcony with sea views and loungers that catch the sunrise, which is beautiful. Rooms are a decent size, nice and quiet but shower... More

I got the bus from Catania to Taormina, and couldn’t believe my luck when I arrived and saw that the hotel was right above the bus station. It’s a ten minute walk to the cable car that takes you to the beach and a 15 minute stroll into the centre of the town passing a beautiful park en route, so... More

Just got back home after spending a week bed and breakfast in this great hotel, my friend and I loved it. The hotel has a real buzz and a warmth about it. The Staff are really hardworking and friendly. The breakfast is better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Twice a week they have a Sicilian buffet... More

Stayed here b and b for two weeks beginning of June...we stayed in the annexe as this was a late booking...lovely room but knew from research would be a slight incline to get to main building...we are an elderly couple but luckily quite mobile so did not have a problem with this. the hotel is spotless and the staff very... We stayed at the Ariston in June for a week on H/B, got to say food was excellent and the staff was very helpful. This is one of the best holidays we have had and will be hard to beat. We had a sea view with balcony which we think was worth paying extra for.

We stayed at the Ariston for 7 nights B&B in June. It is in a great location on the cliff below the Ancient Greek theatre, overlooking the bays around Isola Bella, and just a short walk to the Main Street in Taormina and the cable car to the Mazzaro beaches. You can't quite get away from the traffic noise but... More

Stayed 7 nights on H/B, food good and all the staff excellent. Hotel clean and friendly, swimming pool: 2.4 - 2.8 mtr deep, good for adults but no shallow end for children or non swimmers. Hotel in perfect spot for buses, cable car, town centre etc. Quite and relaxing, lovely, Only negative was the 6.40 am pick up for a... More
