We stayed at this hotel in September 2010 and were a bit disappointed with the experience.
Nothing outrageously bad, but nothing special either for £100-a-night.
Staff: staff was ok, but could not speak English, so we explained things very briefly. She was not unpleasant, but not too friendly either. I guess the language barrier made things difficult for us both....
