We had booked deluxe sea view rooms and had small rooms with a sea glimpse (if you had a long neck and could peer round corners) We did ask to change but were offered only one replacement rooms (thre were 6 of us in 3 rooms) which was very small, certainly not deluxe, albeit with a sea view. My wife and I stayed here for two nights last week. Overall this was the best hotel of a number we stayed in over a weeks travel in Sicily. Fabulous location and view, the room was huge and the bathroom gorgeous. Rooftop restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast. You can really get a feel for the Ortygia peninsula from up there. No complaints. more
