Great welcome on check in by Marily on reception, was offered a drink which came in very handy in the oppressive heat. Although travelling solo, the bed wasn't a crampy one in which u cannot move.Hotel a few steps away from a wonderful fish /veg market.Breakfast more then plentiful and theWIFI very fast. Only negative points which to be fair didn't... More

The location of the Hotel Posta is perfect for the beautiful old town area of Syracuse. The service is good with helpful and friendly staff. It is clean but basic and looks a little tired but it provided an excellent base for our stay. Breakfast was good but the coffee was not up to usual Italian standards.

Siracusa is marvellous, and this is a nice hotel to take it in. Service is nice, simple but enough. It is situated greatly within walking distance of everything. We are happy to recommend this hotel to others.

Nice city hotel with high-ceiling rooms and little balconies on the edge of Ortygia and the historic old city of Syracuse. Perfect location if you come with a car: A free public parking is directly behind the hotel. The historic center Ortygia is in walking distance from the hotel. The room had been renovated recently so it was flawless, with... More

The hotel was fine and the staff were generally helpful. A couple of points not directly to do with hotel: first, for foreigners like ourselves, it would have been helpful to have known in advance the system of free parking spaces outlined in white, and paying marked in blue. Secondly, we followed the advice on getting the bus to the... More

We left Taorimina and drove down to Syracuse are to spend a couple of days. Hotel Posta was the perfect hotel located in Orytigia. Three of the "Best Restuarants" by Trip Advisor were very short walking distance from the Hotel. Our room was clean but we were on the third floor and the bathroom was tiny but manageable. Breakfast was... More

This is an extremely friendly and comfortable family run hotel. The staff are so helpful and really nice. I felt very safe and enjoyed my little basic room. Everywhere is easy to walk to and there is an amazing market just around the corner. The local restaurants are fantastic and very reasonably priced.
