First impressions on entering the hotel is...its dark.. the lighting is dim with dark furniture and furnishings. If you use the hotel loo, take a torch(really !) The room was clean, twin beds, small window (could see the sea) and seperate shower room. The bathroom had dark grey concrete walls, with black tiles, more like a wet room. The corridors have moulded black... More

We loved this hotel very cosy and at the same time trendy and chique. Breakfast was great with nice lounge music to start the day and the best part of it was a waitress called Silvana who couldn't be nicer... She was so funny and helpfull that going to have breakfast was always a nice experience (and the frullati she... More

Definitely over promising in the description of the facilities, hotel description offers gym, private beach, great rooms, roof top terrace and much more....reality: ice cold shower, roof top terrace is in fact a big balcony from which you can talk to the neighboors, private beach is in fact a public solarium without sea outside of the hotel, the room was... Modern hotel. Healthy breakfast. You can have a nice open air on the sky roof. An ideal base for going on a car in the south and south-east Sicily. Special thanks to Alexandra. She helped us solve a serious problem. Alexandra was very professional and friendly.

"Design" hotel. Feels more like entering an empty club then entering a hotel. It is dark inside. It is a matter of taste if you like the design. We liked it. Unexperienced basic unwelcoming english speaking staff at the reception. The hotel is in a residential area. It is not in the city center. The rooms are too small. What... More

Arriving by train, we needed a 12 euro taxi ride to find the hotel, though once we had got our bearings it was simple enough to walk into town, the beach and the Archaelogical Museum. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but like other reviewers we were startled by the dark sitting areas and corridors. The room was bright, with... More

When we checked in we were given room 106 which we found to be much smaller than we expected. Also we were surprised that the free mini bar only contained 1 bottle of beer, no wine. After a restless night due to the noise from adjacent room and the 25oC room temperature. We complained and asked to be moved. The... More

This hotel is located a long way from the tourist areas of Syracuse. It is ultra modern in its styling but places form above function in almost every respect. There are two ultra small very slow elevators one located at each end of the hotel. My wife took our 2 bags up to our room - I had to take... More

This hotel is all about the design-- and it looks good if you like living in a cave. Nothing works; the black and dark blue theme is so extreme that the halls are too dark to walk safely. Even the bathroom lighting is blue, which makes for impossible hair and mAkeup applications. The rooms are clean modern and spacious, the... More
