Spent 1 night here. Not central but makes up for this with its great rooms and fantastic breakfasts. Young staff provide a cheerful and efficient service and the hotel itself, with its unusual design, has good vibes.

This hotel is really made for the customer. Very nice and decorated rooms, very clean, 2 floors gym :-) with personal trainer always looking after your exercises, awesome spaith all kind of treatments, USB plugs as well as normal plugs for you to charge everything so you do not need adapters if you do not have one, free wifi in... We loved the modern design of this hotel. Although our room was quite small by North American standards, it was well designed and had everything we needed - even a small fridge. Linens were high quality and the room was extremely clean. There is a very large, two level gym. Cardio machines are limited (3 or 4 machines) but there... More

Visited this hotel for the 1st time, and was very happy! Rooms were clean and we also had a large terrace, which was great in the evening to have a glass of wine. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide choice of cereals, bread, cheeses and also had options of eggs, sausages and ham and cheese toast, at no extra charge.... More

First impressions were good as the receptionist was helpful and offered us advice on where to go. The room was clean and facilities good and situated out of main town near a residential area. The breakfast was amazing with juicing options and a menu if the buffet of cereals and pastries was not enough (poached/scrambled eggs, continental meats etc). What... More

Hotel is ok and the staff helped us plan our anniversary. But the location is not that great and its €80 transfer to get there (one way). Extremely expensive. Our room fan was not working so the bathroom smelt bad and the food portions were small. Not much choice on breakfast and nothing much to do around the hotelm

First of all, when we chequed in, the girl at the reception knows nothing about us, didn´t offered us any city map, or explained nothing about places to visit in Siracusa. During breakfast, which is almost good, the girls were hidden behind the bar at the restaurant, close to the breakfast saloon. Talking and talking. And if we need anything... More

Dear Guest,we think that your judgment is "maybe" a little bit strict. But your opinion helped us to understand that is important a fix presence of our staff in the breakfast room. For this reason we made a small reception desk in it. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are hopefull to have you one more time in our World. More

The hotel is very well organize, even if the darkness of the hotel may be depressive for people coming from the nordic country. Best note for the hotel is the personell that is very polite and available to help and make your stay at the hotel particularly confortable. A special thanks goes to Silvana at the restorante for her kindness... More

Not a clear cut way to review it, so i'll just plow through it... Arrived at midnight after a days travelling, tired and hungry we are partially greeted by a hobbit receptionist with poor English. He told us exactly nothing except which room we were in. The website states there are vending machines, which don't exist, disappointing when you've lasted... More

We stayed for one night, and got upgraded to a junior suite on the 4th floor, on the same floor as the outdoor bar. First impression of the hotel when we arrived is- it's DARK. The decor is all black tile/concrete, with dim lighting. It felt like they were trying to be more of a nightclub than a hotel (though... More
