If it wasn't because both my children went straight into the sea as soon as we arrived, I would have walked away for sure. The place has its charme but the experience it's ruined by his manager. They don't like children as well as their parents. They banned my son by using his little inflatable ball while I thought it was... More

Small and beautiful hotel, with great views from the rooms, wonderful breakfast at the terrace by the sea, and the owners taking take that everything is simply perfect. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, with nice design like the rest of the hotel. Improvement opportunities: bathrooms could be bigger and more wardrobe space would be appreciated. The private beach has very good... More

A jewel of a hotel.Small, friendly, family run and the owners put themselves out to be helpful despite having good but not excellent English. Breakfast on the terrace, in the sunshine, toes almost in the sea, was the perfect morning location. The buffet was absolutely delicious focusing on fresh local fruit, cheese and pastries. The beach facilities were superb and... More

Lovely hotel, overlooking the sea and the Ortigia island. The view from our balcony was amazing. Wonderful location, just outside Ortogia. The family running the hotels went out of their way to make our stay memorable.the rooms are very clean &spacious. Great breakfast served on the terrace. Free parking. Just great!

Adore adore adore (yes thrice!!) this gem of a hole with only 12 rooms and a sparkling clean private beach that is 10 mins walk to stunning ortigia. There is a Ralph Lauren meets baroque italy look and feel - chic white and coral decor. Pay extra for a view.. Nothing like waking up to the sound of waves. Downside... More

This hotel seems to still be a bit of a secret, and I'd quite like it to stay that way! We loved everything about our stay here. As other reviewers have said, it is a little oasis with an easy walk to the sights of Ortigia. Enjoy the lovely quiet beach during the day, wander into Ortigia for an inexpensive... More

Where to start, everything about this hotel is wonderful, the location with its private beach, the restaurant in the most perfect location right on the water's edge, the food, the friendly staff, the beautiful decor, the owners who are on hand if you need anything, and the rooms which are beautifully furnished and spotless. We opted for a suite and... More

Excellently located for attractions of Ortigia, while providing a tranquil haven to escape from the crowds. Beautiful property and rooms with every detail taken care of. The breakfast deserves a special mention, arguably one of the best we've ever enjoyed - the quality and variety every day was very impressive.

We stayed recently for 10 days and found this hotel a little haven away from the bustle of Ortigia. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely individual rooms. Lovely and quiet, a gem hidden away. Local area is a bit sadly neglected, but the marina and yachts next door make an interesting spectacle. Don't expect a lively nightlife, for that to... More

Sat on beach on last day of stay writing this. Fantastic place accommodation is of very high quality and food and service second to none. Local area is a bit unloved and a bit of a hike to other restaurants and bars but worth a visit as resort is lovely and staff very friendly and helpful
