The premises are rather run-down. The entrance looked had a nice classy look, but upon closer inspection, it was evident that the place has not been maintained well. Our room was in bad shape: walls were chipped, furniture was the same and looked old and dirty. I was too grossed out to sit anywhere. The breakfast was OK but I... More

Because our cruise ship docked at 6:30 AM in Palermo, we arrived at this B&B at 7:00 AM in the morning. To our surprise, a friendly voice answered the intercom and greeted us warmly despite the early hour, and the person in charge (Ricardo?) gave us a map along with great instructions for using the bus system. We left our... More

We recently stayed at this beautiful B&B for 3 nights and were very satisfied with the large double rooms, the delicious breakfast, the teriffic location and the people who manage the place. Firstly, we arrived by bus from the airport, got off at the train station and it was a 15 min walk to the B&B. The location on Vittorio... More

The hotel belongs to a family, we met the owners (older couple) with their son. They hired a person who's doing some stuff to keep it going. This person gave us a little tour through the private part of the building, which was wonderful. Our room was completely in old style, with a big and good bed, fantastic! The breakfast... More

We really enjoyed the stay at the quattro quarti. Everyone does their best to make your stay special. The whole property including the visit of the owners home was a delight. The breakfast and home made jam, pastries, canole etc...including the presentation makes it special. Great location centrally located. Special thanks to Ricardo. He was the sherry on top of... More

We stayed here for a week at the beginning of this summer and it is wonderful. The location is prime, you are within walking distance to most of the major attractions.. It is so beautifully decorated, the price is right, the breakfast was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff was wonderful and they took us upstairs... More

Great little B&B handy to everything in Central Palermo. Only 4 rooms hence the Quattro in the name but nice big rooms and an outstanding breakfast. Would have given 5 stars but it was warm when we were there and the Air-Con struggled to cool the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended. Within walking distance of many of the major sites in Palermo, 4 Quarti is an oasis of calm in a busy city. Superb breakfast at a communal table (and I don't say this lightly - most breakfasts in Sicily are good.) The rooms were nicely furnished; the communal space attractive; the hostess friendly and helpful (e.g., we were... More

A really good low- to mid-budget option in the centre of Palermo (80 Euros for a very comfortable double room). Situated between the cathedral and the "4 canti" junction, just 15 minutes on foot to the waterfront, this was a really good base for our 24-hour stay in Palermo. Lovely hosts and satisfying Italian breakfast. Private, lock-up parking costs an... More

we stayed here for 3 nights early October. wonderful B&B wouldn't stay any where else if we go back to Palermo. The room was beautiful, the whole place is spotless. The Breakfast is typical Italian breakfast but of very high quality. Breakfast is served around one table (8 seats) which some people might find a little off putting sitting with... More
