I only stayed at this charming hotel for 1 night; however the hotel is a perfect inner city place to stay. The staff was excellent; the rooms were clean and large. If you need a weekend away I would strongly recommend. Only downside is if you have a car, nowhere to park. more

We had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms looked pretty new and were very clean. The best part of this hotel though is the rooftop breakfast bar, you have a great view of Palermo, church steeples and the surrounding mountains. It is located near the train station which makes it ideal for exploring other parts of Sicily. more

I didn't know what to expect from a three star hotel in Palermo but this one was excellent. I stayed in a room for one night and apartment on my return trip through Palermo. Right in the middle of everything in Palermo, with a very competent and friendly staff - in the reception, at breakfast and in the bar. The hotel is very close to the station and to the town center. The room was small but clean with a microscopical tv. The breakfast was good and served in a terrace with a great view. The staff was friendly. but don't rely on the wakeup call. more

Went to Palermo for one week which was a mistake as should have done more research and done a two centre holiday.Loved the Ambasciatori Hotel....found it quirky and a brilliant location.The reception staff were very helpful and spokegood english and all of the other staff were very helpfull too.Only downside was that we found our lovely bedroom a bit dark.... more
