I booked this hotel three weeks in advance because there were so many good reviews from this site. I contacted them by phone and e-mailed them three weeks prior to make sure they had my contact info. When i arrived the night i booked, they informed me they were overbooked and refered me to another hotel. Noone ever called me... more

My friend made a room reservation 2 weeks in advance...It has been a long journey and couldn't wait to get to the hotel to get some rest...when we arrived at the hotel, we were told they have no rooms available!!! They didn't even bother or made an effort to contact us...they waited until we arrived!!! How inconsiderate!!!! IT WAS TERRIBLE!!! more

Very nice rooms with a bit small shower. The rooftop terrace was a joy both in the evening and for breakfast. The staff was quite helpful. The reception and getting to the lift was a bit awkward, but no real problem. Could not be in a better location for seeing Palermo. more

As all of the other reviews state, the location is ideal and the price is right....not much more I could add. We arrived via bus from the airport, and the hotel is only a few minute walk away. Central location for most of the major sites in Palermo. more

We couldn't have found a more perfectly charming hotel to start our trip in Sicily. the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and then to go up to the roof garden for breakfast...the view was phenominal and a wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended. more

We had read the reviews on TripAdvisor and we still were unprepared for what a great place this is. The rooms are very smart and up-to-date - this is what every 3-star hotel should be aiming for and virtually none achieve (especially in Italy). The views from the rooftop are outstanding.
