Spent two nights here in October. Great location, friendly staff. Room very small. Had to shift luggage around every morning in order to leave room, again at night to get into bed. I only stayed at this charming hotel for 1 night; however the hotel is a perfect inner city place to stay. The staff was excellent; the rooms were clean and large. If you need a weekend away I would strongly recommend. Only downside is if you have a car, nowhere to park. more

We had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms looked pretty new and were very clean. The best part of this hotel though is the rooftop breakfast bar, you have a great view of Palermo, church steeples and the surrounding mountains. It is located near the train station which makes it ideal for exploring other parts of Sicily. more

I didn't know what to expect from a three star hotel in Palermo but this one was excellent. I stayed in a room for one night and apartment on my return trip through Palermo. Right in the middle of everything in Palermo, with a very competent and friendly staff - in the reception, at breakfast and in the bar. The hotel is very close to the station and to the town center. The room was small but clean with a microscopical tv. The breakfast was good and served in a terrace with a great view. The staff was friendly. but don't rely on the wakeup call. more
