This hotel have the greatest Breakfast view evner! The Breakfast was very nice as well. Stayed for 2 nights on our family radio around Sicily for 3 weeks. Perfect location on a main street, and nearby a lot of resturants in the old part of Palermo.

Easy to get to, on main street near train station(but not too close) and easy to find. Roof top terrace, beautiful views for ok included breakfast. Room large with very large, by European standards, bathroom. Room, clean. Wifi just ok, sometimes we had to go out to hallway to get signal. Staff very friendly and helpful. We felt safe here even... On a main street, but with thick old walls that keep out the traffic noise. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment there. Rooms are very nice as is the interior generally, staff more helpful than the norm in Palermo (not a super service oriented area of the world.) Main downside was the wifi was patchy but is available stronger in... More

We stayed here for 2 nights over weekend. Location is great, less than 10mins walking distance to train station and airport bus. Also located within minutes of nightlife which is very lively even at this time of the year. We absolutely loved the rooftop location for our breakfast each morning, although breakfast was very limited (they even ran out of... More

stayed here for 3 nights, rooftop amazing, you can have a meal or drinks here at night. Room very clean and huge bathroom with double showers and bidet, lots of stairs to climb, they do have a lift but very small. Breakfast is served on rooftop and lift does not go to this floor so if you have difficulty walking... More

We stayed here while on our Rick Steve's tour. Although I am not a fan of Palermo, this hotel is in a great location, non smoking rooms, and friendly staff. The rooms have high ceilings, not the most comfortable beds, but good size bathrooms. The rooftop breakfast is a great place to start the day with sweeping views of the... More

I was so delighted to move to a non-smoking room in this hotel when the day came to meet up with a prebooked tour. Though not large, room and bed were clean and comfortable, well appointed with terrycloth towels, hair dryer and typical amenities. Wifi was continuous, but slow. Our initial meeting took place on the rooftop terrace, adjacent to... More

We were given a large room at the front on the 1st floor. Yes some noise from the street but double doors cut out most of it when closed. Easy to find, close to the airport bus and trains as mentioned in other reviews. We were at the end of our trip so dropped off our luggage at the hotel... More

We spent two nights at this hotel. The location is very good, in the heart of old Palermo and a 7 minute walk to the train station. We were in room 107, just on the second level and right over the very busy and noisy Via Roma. However when we closed the window, the noise completely disappeared. The sound proofing... More

Just 200 metres from the station and airport bus terminus, the Ambasciatori is ideally located for walking to all the many wonderful sights of Palermo. Best of all is the roof terrace- for for an evening refreshment it is the perfect city centre location. The restaurant for afternoon tea or dinner is not only excellent but fair value as well....
