Personally I didn't sleep at the hotel simply because I live in Palermo. But since I know my city well, I definitely recommend to have breakfast, your meals or simply to have a drink on its terrace. From this very refined place in fact you can enjoy a breathless and unforgettable sight of the city.

Very comfortable, clean hotel in a great location. Rooms on the upper floors toward the back tend to be quieter as the hoel is on a busy commercial street which has lots of good window shopping opportunities. Also, there are quite a few excellent places to eat that are nearby. Breakfast on the rooftop is the typical Italian breakfast -... More

Our stay at the Ambasciatori was lovely. It was air conditioned and well located and the staff was very kind. The rooftop restaurant was particularly lovely and they had delicious vegetarian options. Two warnings: you need to make reservations for a table for dinner upstairs so be sure you do that, and the elevator in the hotel is super old... More

This was our second visit to hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Centrally located, with many tourist locations, shops and restaurants nearby. The rooftop terrace is the main feature of the hotel and the breakfast is varied and of good quality and the rooftop view made for a very relaxing setting. The bed was comfortable but, the room itself had... More

This hotel is very situated in the heart of Palermo. 20 minute drive for the airport, 5 minute walk to Palermo Centrale train station and half hour walk max to all the sights Palermo has to offer. The room is decent size but the amenities and bathroom are very below expectations. Breakfast was good but a bit blan, eggs cold... More

The main attraction is the very nice rooftop bar with a great view. In an old building that is renovated, clean bathroom, walking distance from main sites more or less in the middle of old Palermo. Wifi signal a little iffy in last room in hallway.

Stayed 4 nights. Excellent location. Comfortable room but nothing spectacular vis a vis of an inside view. Breakfast good and nice roof top bar / restaurant with great views of the surrounds. Ate dinner there twice and it was very good although felt menu somewhat limited.

I've been in this hotel 3-4 years ago and I remember things were looking better at that time. Location is good, staff is trying to be nice and helpful. Room was spacious, with proper double bed, clean and nice bathroom. Free Internet access (but slow and losing signal). Roof garden views are amazing. On the other side, our room was... More

We are 3 couples who recently spent 3 nights in Palermo. Lovely hotel in great location. We had rooms at the back which were quieter than the rooms at the front with traffic noise. Fantastic view from the rooftop terrace overlooking Palermo. We decided to eat dinner the first night on the terrace. Dinner was disappointing for one couple as... More

Nice hotel in the center of the city but it hasn't parking and is impossible to park near the hotel. The service is good. The breakfast in the rooftop is very pleasant and the coffee is excellent. There are very rich sweet food. The rooms are comfortable and clean but the elevator is a bit small for the luggage.
