Formally a 4 stars, this place doesn t deserve more than 2. I stayed there for just 1 night, my company paid a corporate fare of 100eur, that is really too much for such a lousy place. The carpet in my room was old and smelly, the window was facing a wall but the worst was the noise from the... More

The hotel is located very centrally in a quiet steet. From here you can access by foot the city's must see spots, shops and restaurants. The room was large, clean and provided all the important facilities such as stable free wifi, TV and a mini bar. The breakfast options were good.

Rooms were very tired and small. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. The breakfast staff were not friendly one bordered on rude. The buffet selection for breakfast was very good. Close a shopping and dining area.

Great location for all the sights, but a quiet street is a bonus for obvious reasons. Breakfast was very good with a huge selection, buffet style, served 7-10am. Rooms are very spacious and clean, enormous bath with optional shower head, plentiful hot water, luxury bathroom. Sky news on TV. Extra bedding in the wardrobe. Perhaps we had noisy, unthoughtful neighbours... More

Located near a major city street, this hotel serves as a convenient base to tour a large part of Palermo, especially some of the city's more exciting sights. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the hotel area is quiet, allowing undisturbed sleep and rest. Room service is superb; beds are made up promptly each day and the rooms are kept... More

We are in Palermo for a week for a business conference. Were booked into this hotel based on website descriptions. Unfortunately, there is no "rooftop terrace dining".as claimed. Our Junior Suite for which we paid extra only had two small windows that looked onto an alley. There was no terrace as described. Hard beds, hard pillows, very uncomfortable sleeping. The... More

While traveling in Italy Palermo was first stop. We found hotel a perfect location in a frantic chaotic city. DO NOT DRIVE IN PALERMO UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Worst driving experience in my entire life. Very dangerous. Hotel recommended by our travel company. On a quiet side street. Large rooms in classic decor. Bathrooms large. Reserve rooms at end of halls.......... More

Comfy, classy hotel located perfectly. Rooms spacious, bathrooms big as well. Found the bed to be a bit hard not very comfortable. Wifi came and went but was working for most of our stay. Overall a good stay.

This hotel has been my base for more than a year when I worked in Palermo. It's a classic structure in the historical centre, comfortable and nice. There's a little gym and a spa with sauna. The restaurant is very good, expecially for fish.

We landed in this hotel in July 2013. We knew Palermo and had stayed before in historic Grand Hotel Et des Palmes during a happy-go-lucky trip. This time around we were orderly travelling with friends on organized trip basis. We took the "meals included" option, which always throws you in the hands of the unknown. Most of the time, without... More
