We stayed at this hotel last week. We had a room with a view and balcony. The room was of an OK size. Our room had a bath but there are rooms with showers as well. The room was nice, the bed was big and the free wifi worked perfectly. The only negitive thing was that the refridgerator/mini bar didn't... More

Stayed there two nights during recent tour. Service was good. Hotel was able to provide a doctor when I became ill. Rooms were small, but adequate. Morning breakfasts were very good. Convenient location. Would stay there again if in the area.

This is a comfortable hotel, centrally situated, reasonably priced, with a four star feel and a great breakfast and WiFi. Parking can be a bit tricky but have the odd euro ready and a "parker" will spring out of nowhere to help you along. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Stayed at the Best Western Al Cavalieri in Palermo on a tour with Grand European, with Insight Tours as the Italian hosts. The hotel was very good and centally located to sights and shopping areas. Staff was OK.

This hotel is in the heart of the business district in Palermo. Everything is in walking distance and there is reliable bus service if required . The hotel is very clean. The staff is accommodating and many speak English. Free breakfast buffet with hot or cold meals availAble each day complete with wait staff for assistance.

Rooms were nice, clean and breakfast was nice- nothing too special. To me, it lacked character and our room had an awful view of a nearby building. For the price we paid, I expected a bit more out of it but the staff was exceptional and the location was nice- a better part of Palermo.

Rooms were clean but a bit broken down (no cover on the air conditions box and exposed cables) but staff were surly at best. Breakfast was marginal with watered down juice and the worst coffee we have had in Italy. Hoping for new staff attitude at breakfast but disappointed there. Would not recommend this hotel despite its excellent location.

We stayed three nights in this Best Western where some care had been taken to update an old palazzo. The location was excellent, in the old town, round the corner from the Teatro Massimo with restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was in the front and, at first, we were a little fearful that there would be a lot of... More

Having arrived there after a long flight we were given a room on the second floor facing the street. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, everything working well. We really enjoyed the breakfast under a huge tent with a good choice of both Continental and Merditerranean food. I also appreciate the effort of the hotel to provide one with... More

My wife is a big fun of Best Western hotels and she took a room for our one night in Palermo. Hotel has character and is well placed, close to transport and city center. Very quiet and nice decorated; still breakfast was average and air conditioning in the room not working. Good service at reception. Good moment overall!
