Great budget accommodation. Room was comfortable and clean on a quiet side street close to the Teatro Massimo. It was everything we expected for the price. Short walk to our car hire pick up point. Breakfast was nice and the receptionist was very helpful giving us directions to attractions. We only stayed here for 14 hours as a quick stop... More

Hotel is old and a bit scary-looks like 60s movies hotels where something bad is going to happen. However that is just the look it was fine to stay in for a few nights. Other than ugly look the hotel had the basic things I needed.

Horrible and unprofessional services. The cleaning lady disposed my important personal goods in the trash without asking. Ridiculous and disgusting, room dirty and bad food at breakfast. I do not recommend to anyone this "hotel"

Hotel was pretty much what we expected for £35 a night. Our room was clean and comfortable, extra pillows were available when requested. Service from reception was excellent with recommendations and travel information provided for our trip to the beach. Parking is located under the hotel and whilst a little tricky is really convenient. The hotel itself is located a... More

I really liked the hotel, mostly because it was clean and in a great location! The staff were all friendly and most of spoke some English. Because the location is so central, it was a little loud at night and in the morning. There is a lounge a few doors down that played very loud music and there was construction... More

Sometimes you learn more about a hotel when things go wrong. I had a serious problem when my hire car broke down in their underground car park, blocking in half a dozen other drivers. The reception staff were fantastic, helping push it into a spare space and ringing the car hire firm for me. They could not have been more... More

Hotel quite simple but with good location, allowing us easy access to places of tourist interest. The transfer from the airport to the city center left us 500 meters from the hotel, a quick walk. Old building and renovated, clean, access to floors by elevator.

The building is really old, but the hotel is in a calm, small street near the city center and is very clean. The staff is friendly and respful, we needed help to rent a car and we got it. And the breakfast good, but still without many fresh options.

AC very noisy and not very efficient and a lot of small things not working in the room : robinet leeking, one lamp, etc. The hôtel was old and we did not try the breakfast. The service was friendly but not very useful when we had to find a doctor in town.

I am writing this in The morning, as i am unable to sleep. Initially i was not very impressed with The standard of this hotel. The rooms are small as are the beds. The hotel looks and feels dated. It does however have one great advantage. Great location. Unfortunately there is a huge downside and important reason as to why... More
