Warm reception, huge room, extremely clean, nice furniture, shiny tiled floor, quiet at night, great breakfast (fresh fruit). I can recommend this hotel without reservations! more

Despite what others have said, we found this hotel to be really good, and ideal for our needs. We stayed four nights, and had a large double bedroom, a sitting room and a bathroom, all of which were really clean. The room was pretty dark - although I think this would be a good thing in the height of summer... more

I was very pleased with this hotel. I paid for a 'single room', and was expecting a broom closet like in most hotels. So I was happy to find that I got an enormous suite all to myself. Everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly. The woman at the front desk spoke English quite well. more

I should have listened to my gut-feelings as soon as I entered. Reception staff curt and in dire need of customer service skills - day and night shift! The air conditioning failed one night on our floor, and it begs belief the level of help we (a party of 9) received - anyone would have thought we were staying for... more

I have to agree with the previous person that this hotel is awful! My room was large but far from clean! The staff on reception (Dario & Nadia) seemed to think they were to special to be there and billed me for an extra person which was already paid for and confirmed on my booking. The bfast was in a... more

Residenza d'Aragona was perfect for us. This small, friendly hotel was centrally located by Teatro Massimo and the waterfront. It is on a quiet street with restaurants and stores close by. Our room was a suite which was huge. Breakfast was ok. We would stay here again if we ever went to Palermo. more

This hotel was somewhat difficult to find and none of the locals had ever heard of it as it is tucked out the way on a side street. The room was very spacious and like many of the other reviewers we also had a very large room with balconies, a living room and a large bathroom and hallway so this... more

My partner & i throughly enjoyed our time in the apartment, it was large, clean & in searing heat it was cool with the marble floors & air conditioning. It really is more apartment rentals than a hotel, with a simple but ample breakfast. We paid extra to use the kitchen facilites ( plates, pots & pans etc) which was... more
