We stayed at the hotel towards the end of Sept and as mentioned by others it is equipped with big spacious rooms and comfortable beds which were all maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Our room had a kitchenette in a large cupboard which was useful for preparing light meals and making tea but would probably not be sufficient... More

lovely B@N centrally located, easy walking distance to all sites, clean and friendly, with good (but expensive) parking nearby - cannot checkin after 1 pm but they leave your keys at a nearby hotel with a phone no. in case of emergencies. More

My wife and i and our adult son stayed at the Residenza d'Aragona in August 2011 for the last three nights of our trip to Sicily (first seven nights in Taormina). We had two rooms conveniently located opposite each other. When i booked the rooms i mistakenly thought this was a hotel, but in fact it is a B&B that... More

Had a bracelet stolen from our room. Reception closes at 1 pm everyday so no one is on site to answer questions/concerns, etc. There is a black & white notebook to write your questions in & someone checks it periodically. Stayed in 3 other hotels in Italy during our trip - never had a problem like this. More

The rooms are spacious and clean. But it is NOT a hotel. They are apartments. The reception is available only till 1:00 pm in the afternoon. We arrived late at night and had informed them about our arrival time, but the person came 20 minutes late. We were left waiting in the dark with our bags in this spooky alley,... More

The bus to the airport is within walking distance (5,80 per), the taxi is very expensive (45,00). Ask staff for take away breakfest if leaving before buffet on early departure. They made coffee, provided pastry and friut when we asked. More

spent a night in this residence in late march with other friends. we booked two rooms. we were not interested of a residence\apartment room but only as a normal hotel. but considering a long stay i would say that could be a good and cheap way to stay in palermo. we had two rooms and both were big and nice.... I would expect a Four Star rated hotel to have a reception with 24hr staffing. This hotel operates a very peculiar policy which they failed to inform us about by email. They admitted they had failed to do this when I asked them to check the email logs. When we arrived we were stranded outside a locked main door with... More
