Worth booking! What you get for 50 euro is a double room, with a balcony and all amenities you need (including a small kitchenette with a kettle). Central location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Bear in mind this hotel has unusual check-in times - it can be done in the morning only (!), afterwards the receptionist leaves the place.

Excellent for one or two nights in Palermo. Great location in the city centre. Very kind and helpful staff. Room was quite large with own kitchen, very clean. Surroundings a bit noisy. Breakfast very nice. Parking available nearby for 15€ per night.

We stayed here for two nights upon arriving in Sicily and two nights prior to leaving and it felt like coming home the second time. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfasts and the suites we had were very large, clean and attractive. We loved walking in the area and we were able to park in a garage fifty feet... More

We arrived late to Palermo and had arranged with the hotel to send a city taxi to the airport which they had. The room was large, clean and pleasant and a perfect place to spend a few days seeing the city. Reception is only open a few hours a day so we were presented with keys to get in at night.... More

As the name implies, this is not a hotel but an apartment residence with breakfast facilities. We stay here for one day and only have positive remarks to share. The room was spacious for a family of 4 - one master bedroom with sofa, then an outer room with sofa bed, single bed, small dining area/kitchen/fridge and bathroom. The furniture... More

Great location close to the harbour, where we had returned from diving in Ustica. Also good location for access to the centre of town. Located down a side street it is very quiet, both during the day and at night. We were given a suite rather than a room, not sure if this is the norm, but it was massive.... More

We had initially booked 2 rooms when we received an email same day from the reception informing that they had to put us in another hotel... We flew to Palermo and the taxi we booked from the hotel confirmed he would bring us to another place. When we asked for explanations, receptionist from Residenza d'Aragona explained that they had no... More

Across the street was a restaurant / bar and VERY noisy therefore if you plan to get a good night's sleep good luck It was a NIGHTMARE for us So noisy it felt as if the party goers were in our room The woman who gave us the keys had a lot of attitude It felt as if she was... More

The hotel was fairly central, clean (personally my biggest requirement of any hotel I stay in) and competitively priced. My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. I was personally not blown away by the hotel as it is fairly standard for the price (in terms of cleanliness, décor, breakfast) although it was a good sized suite (more than enough... More

Let's start with the positives: - Location is OK - Rooms are spartan, but OK. Now to the negatives: - The attitude of the people who work there is just plain nasty. These people should simply not be in the hospitality industry. They obviously feel that they're doing you a favor by letting you stay there. - As others have... More
