We arrived in the morning after a very early flight and were happy to have our room available to clean up and unpack before heading out to explore. The room (403) was large, very clean and warm. The bathroom, too. The residence is located in the center of Palermo but we found it very quiet. While the staff is supposed... More

Great location, ample room/living room, clean and spacious Breakfast was very good, but the only complain is that there was no cut up fresh fruit, only canned syrup ones. Great coffee and very nice set up. We suggest another half an hour...most people are on vacation and one eats late at night in Sicilia! 730 to 1000 would have been... More

Very nice place with nice big rooms ! The breakfast was italien style but all what one needed - from the hotel everything was in walking distance and even a carefour supermakret near by. The hotel stuff could have been a bit more welcoming - but we realized that in general people are not too friendly in Sicily. Absolutely nice... More

We stayed in this hotel first a couple of years ago and were very happy with everything. We visited the Aeolian Islands and the port is only a short walk from the hotel . The hotel is just off Via Roma which one of the main streets and takes you to the city's bus / train station ( about twenty... More

We really enjoyed our stay in this little hotel. We had two bedrooms suite with kitchen and balcony, rooms were huge and clean. Best breakfast during our 10-days stay in Sicily. Location is as quiet as it gets in this crazy vibrant city. Hotel is close to main attractions - Teatro Massimo 5 min, Cathedral 10 min, Norman Palace 15... More

We are a couple which travels a lot around the world. We booked a double room three months ahead in this hotel because of the good rating. We arrived around noon and the rooms on upper level where already occupied, so that our wish at the booking could not be fulfilled. No problem, it is high season and all wishes... More

Dear Guest, We were absolutely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the the air conditioning that was out of order and also understood that you did not want to wait for the engineer to fix it up. Moreover we were at your disposal to help you to find another hotel right down town like ours but apparently there was nothing... More

Beautiful big rooms, AC that works, lovely breakfast!! Great value for money...after arriving from Milan where for almost double the price we stayed in a dingy, broken AC, no breakfast hotel in a dodgy area to this lovely place...I would give it a 10/10. Yes the check in times are odd, my flight was delayed so I emailed them my... More

This is an apartment type of property and not really a hotel, as it does not have a 24 hour, or even 12 hour, reception desk. So once you get the "rules", it is a fine choice for the money. The "rules" include making sure you email or call ahead of your stay to inform the reception of your arrival... More

Close to the historic centre, pleasant staff, good-sized bedroom and there is also a an extra room with kitchen facilities - although you have to pay extra to use these. Typical Italian breakfast. Strangely restrictive times for checking-in, but we phoned before hand and had no problem.

Well located in the city from attractions, restaurants and the station. Beautifully presented and the room exceeded expectations; large, comfortable, separate bedroom and sitting room, great bathroom and very comfortable bed. We had three verandahs. They are small but we still enjoyed a vino and some cheese looking over the street. The breakfast was basic but good and the service... More
