We were moved to this hotel by Easy Jet Holidays as our original hotel had unexpectedly closed. Easy walking distance from the metro, and anywhere in Palermo for that matter. My wife was quite ill at the beginning of the trip and the staff were extremely caring and helpful. The hotel restaurant was a life saver as was the nearby pizza... More

I stayed in this hotel with my husband for 5 nights. As soon as we arrived in this hotel we were welcome nicely by all the staff. Our room was located on the 6th floor of the building. The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The room was cleaned everyday. It was not... More

For me this hotel is like home (I spent more than 10 months in total), I stayed in a lot of different rooms, the staff is very kind and professional. They also have 24h. reception and free parking. Hotel rooms are big but old, all the mattress need to be replace. Toilet is OK but also very old and sometimes... More

We found this hotel to be a wonderful departure from many other hotels we've stayed in during our time (1 year) of living & traveling in Italy. The room was comfortable, clean, included most amenities you'd expect, AND a refrigerator! That's something we haven't encountered at any other authentic Italian hotel. This means that instead of paying 1 to 4... More

Very good value 3 star hotel 8 minutes walk to the Royal Palace and Palatine Chapel (which is unmissable). Big rooms for a 3* hotel. Very friendly English speaking staff. Free parking under the hotel (entrance is round the block at the back of the hotel and the green gate is directly opposite the lobby entrance). Good breakfast and good... More

The hotel is in a residential are. When you look outside, you are among the locals. There are some nice places nearby to get some authentic sicilian food. It is also within walking distance to many of the sights. It is true that the hotel is about a 20 minutes walk from the Duomo and also the main train station,... More

the hotel was pretty dirty. to start off, we arrived, got our key only to find that someone else was either already in teh room or it had not been cleaned. the staff apologized and gave us a new room. The rooms are not very clean, especially for a hotel of this size. The location was ok as it was... More

The Hotel is located in a horrible dirty back street off a very busy and difficult to cross main road. When we were staying there it had two skips outside (one with a loo in it) and I spotted a cockroach but to be fair this was just outside the Hotel's front door so may have nothing to do with...
