I have stayed at the Bell3 in 2004, 2006 and 2007 and will be going back this year. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, all have views over Palermo to the sea and most have a terrace. The restaurant cuisine is basic Italian/Sicilian and is excellent for the price - €16 for four courses in April 2007.... more

the room was spartan but clean and had a balcony with a fabulous view over the city. Yes, it is a little out of town, but the views are worth it! My only gripe would be the thin walls and echoy corridors. Overall, it's a pleasant place to stay and I would stay there again.
