I would like to warn you, and your readers, of this dreadful, cheating hotel. We booked to stay with them on 2 nights (10 and 16 September 2009) at 60 euro pernight. 3 months before our proposed stay they wrote advising me they had changed their email address. They are so incompetent that they sent me the WRONG email address!!... more

Very good located near all the nicest stuff to see in old Palermo. Room common but not sure about the cleanliness of everything. Quite noisy. Poor bathroom. Parking in the neighbourhood is kind of a nightmare and can cost a lot. Hotel can help you with where to park (city map). Strange that you need to ring two times to... more

Nice little hotel, great location. You could practically walk to every important place in Palermo. The price is really good, and despite you have to share a bad room, everything is clean. Even though the check out is at 10 o'clock, you can leave your things at the front desk and puck them up later. I really enjoyed staying here! more

We stayed here for 3 nights in October 2008. We arrived in Palermo by train and wasn't real sure where the hotel was, so we took a taxi. But we really didn't need to, even for me it was walkable from the train station with luggage. The only real problem I had were the 46 stairs going up to the... more

We booked this hotel through the hotel's internet site. Francesca was more than helpful in promptly replying and giving us all the details. For logistical reasons we had to book another night at the hotel before we got there and again this was all taken care of. We took the bus from the airport to Teatro Politeama (which was further... more

I stayed at the Hotel Regina B&B. The place is a disaster! First, I booked the room asking about air conditioning. They stated that it was included in the price. I get there - No airconditioning, they said you pay for it. When I showed them the e-mail they reluctantly gave me the remote control for the air conditioner. They... more

We were supossed to stay at 316 Bed & Breakfast but due to overbooking we were sent to Hotel Regina, and we weren't informed of this until our arrival. The room was basic but clean and comfortable and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location wise, Regina Hotel couldn't be better, is just a few meters from Cuatro Canti, in... more

The room key was too primitive to work. We asked a hotel staff to bring a blanket but no one came to our room, so half an hour later I went to the front desk to ask him again, but he was just sitting. He seemed to forget our request instantly. We also asked to wake us up. Since there... more

it is the perfect location and great value. you cannot be in a better place, 3 minute walk from cathedral, 30 seconds walk from quattro canti. we were a small group of young women and felt very safe.breakfast was always plentiful and fresh, lovely chap that runs the cafe across the street where breakfast is served. careful of cars and... more
