I only realized the hotel doesn't participate in Hilton Honor program anymore on my arrival, in that moment, I did not expect much the hotel to provide something similar that Hilton might have. Due to the tight schedule, arriving late at midnight and departing in the very early morning, I only could stay few hours in the hotel. Even the... More

Stayed one night after a few days of traveling around Sicily. Rooms were very comfortable and was upgraded to a suite. Was a nice treat after a few days in small hotel rooms on the island. Service was also good. It was a good choice.

My husband uses a wheelchair for any distance over 100m but doesn't require an accessible room. We had requested a room near the lift and due to one of them being out of service our room was situated at the rear of the hotel with out a view - the upside was it was extremely comfortable and quiet. A ramp... More

We qualified for an upgrade, which placed us in a large room with two sets of double door windows, one set looking out to the park. Lots of noise outside below, but we were in the city!. Our room had an old-world feel to it, and was perfectly comfortable, with a splendid marble bathroom with tub and separate shower. We... More

This Hilton is nothing to do with the image you may have of the Hilton Hotel Chain... It is a very old fashioned hotel that claims to be renewed urgently. The staff is very friendly and always looking to help you (good lord!!) but again, this is not a Hilton... Location is good. Just on the beginning of the main... More

We had multiple problems at this hotel. First they couldn't find our prepaid reservation. The front desk was not helpful with restaurant suggestions or our needs. There was only free wifi in the lobby and this should be available in the rooms in a hotel of this supposed quality. Then we had a problem 2 or 3 times with no... More

Very pleasant hotel in a good central location . Reception staff were efficient and very helpful, but the foyer of this hotel is very small and it needs upgrading. My room was lacking a view but the interior was more than one would expect. Old world style but every modern convenience. The breakfast was very plentiful with very good service... More

Good service hotel, no cheap though. near the center (a walk away), very well maintained, and great staff service. Expensive to eat in the hotel restaurant, but there are a few nearby. The beds are very good, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. If you take the last floor rooms, you get a very nice view.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. Our room (145) was spacious and clean, and the king bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge, with a separate shower and bathtub. However, the shower door was a big glass panel that bumped against the toilet seat, which made getting in/out of the shower rather difficult. But other than that, our... More

This Hotel is in serious need of a makeover, if they cant afford Alex Polizzi I will do it. Looks so stylish from the outside. The foyer is a disgrace, much could be made of the lovely old staircase area, inviting sofas & good lighting. The bar resembles a Little Chef, beige plastic seating. All the carpets are in serious...
