Hotel is very central and very nice. Good value/money ratio. Stuff was helpful and always smiley. Noise was lowest possible so it was good rest on memory mattress. Breakfast was OK, needed little bit of salad, but food was nevertheless tasty. Internet connection was OK. Cleanness was excellent! Good job cleaning ladies... If I return to Palermo I would stay... The hotel is well situated in middle Palermo on a one way side street with little traffic. We stayed here for 3 nights, visited all of the centre town on foot and did not need any public transport. Very friendly and professional personnel. The large room was isolated from outside rumour with double glass windows and blinds. Fridge large enough... More

Great location, staff and food. People are very helpful and friendly, staff speaks English, free wi fi with ok speed. Easy to find and only 5 minutes from city centre, if you travel by car or rent it they have a car park available- 12 euros per night. They collect the car from the hotel till 8 pm and you can... got an upgrade to a suite, it was excellent. the room was huge however i would rather have a smaller room but a bigger shower room. the room was in an excellent condition and the location is just perfect can walk to pretty much anywhere. the staff was friendly. would recommend a floor on higher floor as it was a... The best part is location, very central and close to everything. Room was ok. Hotel itself is a 3*, I'd say. Very average breakfast, small bathroom. No where to park, but driving in Palermo is like a nightmare anyway, so if you're only visiting Palermo, use public transport. Ok hotel for couple nights citybreak.

This is a three star hotel in all sense, it is a good location - easy to find and central, however the bathrooms are very tiny (a large person would have trouble using the toilet), the shower did not drain until turning off the taps - which was evident on the otherside of the wall with paint peeling off where... The hotel is perfect located between the shopping center and the historical center. You can walk easy everywhere and you are not so far by hop on - hop off bus stop. My suggestion is NOT RENT A CAR IN PALERMO

Very nice people, clean room and good location in the city center. Many restaurants all around and was easy walking to the historical center (the traffic in Palermo is crazy so is not a good idea rent a car) and the receptionist give all the information if you need to go somewhere by train or by bus. They have also... More

The area is very good; proximity to the transport from the airport is an asset. Distance of the hotel to the nearest bus stop of the shuttle bus coming from the airport is a 10min walk (we took the Prestia E Comandè bus. Get off at Plazza Ruggero Settima / Politeama; a ticket costs 6,30 euros one way; you can... More
