We were staying in this hotel this summer. Wonderful place to be in, located in the center of the city. Great service, everyone is very friendly. The hotel has a lot of charm and caracter yet features very confortable and up to date rooms. Excellent experience overall. Stan,

The Hotel Joli is a beautiful little gem of an hotel in the heart of Palermo. Despite the lack of English among most staff they used the universal language of kindness and super efficiency in all dealings with customers. Nothing epitomized this more to me than on the last day of our stay. Check out time was 10AM but out... More

We stayed at this hotel for one night for a spot of sightseeing before catching our flight home. All we wanted to do was get a good night's sleep before our early start, but we found the hotel very noisy as it is on a busy square where apparently evening entertainment is performed nightly. The windows aren't double glazed and... More

We stayed here for four nights. The hotel was average, there wasnt a variety of food for breakfast, mainly sweets and desserts. The rooms were a good size but bathroom is tiny. The hotel is quite stuffy so makesure you leave the aircon on so when you get to your room its nice and cool. They dont change your sheets... More

I spent five days at this hotel. From the moment we arrived the friendly staff took us in hand and made our stay very enjoyable. There was a problem with the lock of the first room I was in, but I didn't have to ask to move. The wonderful housekeeper arranged a move for me. The rooms were large and... More

Our room upstairs was stuffy and small. One staff member was very helpful but the rest were not interested. One staff member gave us inadequate advice on parking our car that resulted in us getting a parking fine the following day. Breakfast provided daily was not restocked through morning so if you got up late most of it was gone.... More

Being in business trip (conference), I stayed for 5 nights in Hotel Joli, where we used also some of the conference facilities. The stay was very pleasant, the staff being exceptionally helpful and cooperative with all our needs. Excellent breakfast. Special thanks to Girolamo who did his best to help us with the conference facilities.

Booked a superior room which we were not given. When queried (older man on reception seemed to wonder why we wanted to be moved) and said the hotel was full . Eventually said we would be given one next morning. Room 300 overlooking the Florio Square was small and the bathroom was tiny. Had to climb over the bidet to... More

Hotel Joli is a good little hotel but not a great hotel. The rooms are tidy but small. The air conditioning worked but was noisy. The showers are very small and crammed into a very small space. When you spend the days sighsteeing around a dusty Palermo you want to have a decent shower - these ones are so small... More

Great location for amenities but a few things let this hotel down. They have a nice terrace which I think they could serve breakfast and drinks from the bar which opens at odd hours and not in the evening during the week. Most of the staff were very helpful but we had issues with no hot water on two occasions... More
