Good location, in the middle of the city - close to the touristy southern part as well as the more local northern part. Room was big (bit too empty) but the bed was bad. Breakfast was very uninspiring and had few options, considering that it is a 3star hotel.

As soon as I was shown the room I knew I wanted to stay there. Large and airy, with pleasing decor and a small balcony. The road was quiet at night being basically a backstreet. The bed was SO comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. A lovely sun terrace on the roof with an interesting view. Palermo is great too,... More

The Hotel Posta is a phenomenal Hotel choice in downtown Palermo. Located in the downtown "Teatro Massimo" district of Palermo, this location is convenient for shopping, sightseeing, visiting the theater and arts section of Palermo. Situated off of Via Roma, and absolutely delightful Hotel. They are welcoming, comfortable rooms, great morning breakfast, and absolutely a very delightful experience in Palermo.... More

A straight walk from Stazione Centrale, and easy to find, Hotel Posta was a welcoming end to our hectic first day in Palermo. The staff at reception were wonderful, and my wife made a point of trying her practised Italian which they appreciated and offered guidance to. The room was very clean and the private bathroom likewise. Breakfast downstairs a... More

Lovely hotel in the middle of Palermo, close to the Opera House. Great shopping and small restaurants. WiFi is in the refreshment area of the hotel downstairs from room. Sit down continental breakfast from 7:30 am to 11am. Rooms facing the alley are noisy at night if you have the balcony doors open. Very nice hotel for the price and... More

Great location, some staff are very helpful and friendly while others are a little lazy. Room was spacious and clean other than a little mould in the top of the shower. The heating doesn't get turned on every night so therefore it can sometimes be cold at night during winter. The heating really depends on who is on reception during... More

The Hotel Posta was recommended by a friend who has a professional knowledge of Sicily. We could not have been more pleased. The hotel has a charming and intimate feel; the location is near the theaters and cultural attraction; and the staff are all wonderfully gracious. Hotel Posta would be a brilliant choice for anyone wishing comfort and convenience in... More

Stayed at Hotel Posta for 4 nights in late October and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is in a great position just off the Via Roma and a few minutes walk from the major sights - cathedral, teatro massimo - and many restaurants. The best restaurant we ate at ( three nights running!) was Il Culinario on the... More
