Booked this hotel on the strength of goood reviews on Trip Advisor and they were right. The location is perfect, right opposite the Opera House in the heart of the historic old city. The area is virtually pedestrianised but you are allowed to pull up outside the hotel to allow the staff to unload your luggage, and they then valet-park... More

Great location, rooms and staff. This sounds like a repeat of most of the reviews but its true. Palermo is a great city to visit. There was a little bar area where we could even bring in our own wine and they supplied the glasses. They also arranged our transfer to the Palermo airport . There were many small restaurants... This small hotel exceeded my expectations. It is located right in the center of the city at the border of the new and old town. The rooms are comfortable, the staff extremely helpful (especially with respect to restaurant reservations and transportation options); in short everything one could ask. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for less than I... More

The title says it all, along with the other many 4-5 star reviews. Bear in mind the reception is on the 1st floor so you've got some stairs to go up & down. As advised here, we were in a room on the first floor, facing the lovely theater. The hotel is just on the edge of a pedestrian street... More

Beautiful location across from the Opera House. The staff were the real highlight. They went out of their way to exceed expectations in every respect. Everything we asked for was possible and even some things we didn't think we could ask were taken care of. The street in front of the hotel is pedestrian only, but the hotel has a... More

A lovely little hotel in the centre of Palermo that is ideal for exploring the city on foot. The rooms are immaculate and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them to arrange. We had a first floor room with a balcony overlooking the Massimo Theatre - a good place to see the world... More

Very friendly, helpful and patient staff who put up with great aplomb with our little child's (3) antics at the breakfast table (you can have breakfast served in your room with no surcharge but we elected to have it in the dining area also to have a bit of chitchat with the waitress in the morning). Our room (which was... More

We had a week in Palermo and so lucky to stay here . We had a lovely room (101) and the staff made us so welcome . You can have breakfast in the room which we did one day but the rest we had in the lounge . Annie looked after us so well as did everyone we came into... More

A small hotel located next to Massimo Theatre on via Maqueda. Everything is within walking distance. Our room is on the first floor and quite spacious. The only drawback is that there is only one window that looked out to the adjacent building.

Located on the square just opposite Massimo theater Helpful and friendly staff Hotel parking is 15e and located somewhat 300 meters away (public pay parking) Take into consideration that if you arrive in the evening you should call the hotel to meet you at the nearest road crossing as car traffic is closed on the street where the hotel is.
