You are close to Barlo market so it was a little difficult to find with the sat nav but once there it's great. Parking straight outside. The place is an old palace but with all the mod cons you would want. Our room had a jacuzzi bath that will take 2 people good for the aching muscles after walking the... More

We were very disappointed with this hotel. We arrived late in the evening and could not find the hotel by GPS so we called many times. The man who answered the call was busy speaking to guests at the desk as he was speaking to us at the same time. He would not even give us an exact address to... More

First of all.. The hotel itself is lovely. Location is a big problem though. Despite the assurances of the hotel in some responses to other reviews, this area is not safe.. Especially not in the evenings, and for this reason I cannot recommend it (the fact that the door is locked at all times and guests must be buzzed in... More

Dear Guest, thank you for your review and it's not a problem your own opinion. As other guests you don't feel safe: it means that you should select hotels in the most chic part of the city that you visited. We are in the real historical center and as many many and many others guests write in theirs reviews there's... More

We arrived on August 10, it was after a heavy rainfall in Palermo. Our driver was unable to drop us at the front door of the hotel because the street was flooded with rain and sewer water from a blockage there. There was no staff available to help us outside. A local neighbor offered to carry our bags through a... More

Dear Guest, we're sorry if you think that we are not happy in welcoming you but it's not this the problem. If you reed any newspaper of Palermo, the 10th of august we had an hurricane that upset all the city...trees was uprooted, all the city (also the "rich" part...as you define the historical city center as the "poor" part)... Me and my Girlfriend stayed here for 3 nights at this hotel. We read a lot of reviews about this hotel ahead and all the fuss about the location is not justified. Its located in the heart of palermo so you can reach everything within minutes by foot. Try the restaurant of the hotel its delicious. We had a great... More

I stay at this hotel for 4 nights with three other females. We all had different types of rooms but they all agreed I had the best room!, which was the 1st floor superior single room (which it was!) the best room I have stayed in. King size 4 post comfy bed with 4 huge pillows. Beautiful décor and huge... More

First - the inside the hotel is beautiful. Our rooms was fantastic... Free wireless that works well was a big plus. Now for the bad - The area is not nice at all..if you have kids with you stay else where. walking near this hotel at night with your kids is not something I recommend. A very less than favorable... Dear Guest, thank you for the review and all the positive judgements. About the surroundings it's not a dangerous area or a place full of criminals, it's simply an old part of the historical city center where usually in the night you can find a lot of young people that drink outside. We're really sorry about the inconvenient of the... More

Once we finally found the hotel (a convenient 10 minute walk from the train station and the final bus stop from the airport), I was really impressed with the lobby and especially with our room. Ended up with a two floor room and our own balcony patio. The sofa bed on the bottom floor was already made which was great... More

My husband, 13-year old daughter and I stayed 5 nights at Palazzo Brunaccini and it was the perfect choice. Admittedly, I was a little nervous before arriving as I'd read other TA reviews noting issues with the neighborhood. My concerns were very quickly put to rest as we never felt unsafe. The hotel itself is beautiful - very clean, helpful... More
