A quiet hotel, in the old centre of Palermo, near Ballarò. It's clean, the staff is friendly and the rooms are nicely furnished. Positive points: big clean rooms. Negative points: no bathtub in the room; some details of the bathroom are not perfect (dirt AC machine; a part of the shower was broken; the soap was not completely changed after... More

Palermo is a city on outward appearance looks rough and tumble. This hotel is situated in the heart of the city, steps from Fontana Pretoria, the four corners, several markets and a short walk to the city highlights of the Norman Palace with its Royal Chapel, and many other outstanding buildings. The staff is great and unique rooms with beautiful... More

My partner and i stayed at this hotel March 2012. The hotel is really nicely renovated, our room (Junior Suite) was very nice, large bathroom. The hotel bed was the best hotel bed we have ever slept in! Staff are very helpful and speak good English. Nothing was too much trouble. The area can seem a bit rough but we... More

Mixed experience. The good: on one hand this is a smart building recently refurbished. Agree with other reviewers that having dedicated parking outside is a plus. But the management do not accept responsibility for cars left there so you take your chances. Not so good: both on the night of arrival and again in the morning of departure we did... More

Great location in old town. Gritty, but we felt very safe walking around, even at night with our kids. You can walk to everything and there is so much amazing architecture to discover. The Ballaro market is just outside the hotel. We bought fresh fruit, vegies and cheese everyday. A magnificent church is around the corner. We had a family... More

My traveling companion and I arrived in Palermo without hotel reservations. We had made a list of possible accommodations but the first two were totally booked. The people at the second place said Palazzo Brunaccini had rooms for what was a great price, so off we went. It's right off the piazza of Casa Professa (a church with a simple... More

Extremely pleased when we found the building, which offered FREE parking outside, unheard of in Palermo. The reception area very stylish and friendly helpful staff who showed us to our apartment. We had the 2-storey 4 person apartment: Intercom if you have visitors, noise-insulated so no disturbance from outside or other rooms, very stylish living area and well fitted out,... More

This is a very new hotel and it does not disappoint!!! Service was great & it is beautifully decorated. Went on a group holiday and this hotel was perfect as it met with all our groups needs. We stayed here two nights one night at the start of our week in sicily and one at the end. This hotel was... More

This is a very beautiful and organised residence offering clean, friendly and comfortable lodgings in Palermo. The building is located near the most beautiful Church in Palermo (Professa) but is also in the back drop of a very busy, multi-cultural and somewhat unappealing market area. There is no breakfast option but if you shop at the market stores (its many... More

Only a block away from the bustling market, this place is hidden in a piazzetta by the Biblioteca Comunale Chiesa di Gesu (aka Casa Professa). It is less than a year old and exquisitely furnished. Being a residence and not a hotel, it has a small hidden kithcen and dining set, so you can shop for food like the locals... More
