The hotel itself is good and comfortable, however the location is terrible because it is situated in a poor surrounding but yet only walking distance to all the attractions. Breakfast is fair but not fantastic. We ate at the hotel for dinner after the chef was nice and insisted we have dinner. The food was good but overpriced as we... More

What a stunning hotel. This was originally a palazzo and they have retained the large rooms (we had a junior suite which was huge) and decorated them in a contemporary style. Our room was in the front on a corner but our sleep wasn't disturbed at all.We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant and very good breakfasts, all in... More

Dear Guest, thanks!! Really thank you for all compliments! Good suggestion for the GPS system: set or Casa Professa or Via del Ponticello. We hope to see you again, Best regards Adriana More

My husband and I stayed here recently for just one night. We had a junior suite, which was enormous... too big for us, actually. I probably would just get the deluxe room if I stayed again. The hotel is really lovely with lots of character and the location is quite good, just a short walk to the Quatro Canti and... More

Stately and gracious hotel with lovely common areas. We had a standard room (at the top and back), which was large and lovely and very quiet (the hotel is in a small piazza so my guess is that all rooms are quiet); it was a (typical Italian!) good mix of old (wooden beams in the ceiling) and modern (furniture, bathroom,... We spent three nights here while visiting Palermo. As other reviewers have commented, the neighborhood is unique and disheveled, but we never felt threatened or intimidated walking around during the day or evening. We asked for driving directions from Monreale and once we found the intersection of Via Vittorio Emanuelle and Via Marqueda (the four corners) it was fairly easy... More

Lovely, historic, boutique hotel. Very pleasant staff, excellent English speakers, helpful restaurant recommendations, provided directions upon request, posted mail! Rooms were beautifully appointed. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful dinner upon arrival. Excellent location for walking throughout the city...train/bus station, landmarks, sites, restaurants, market. Neighborhood looks a little challenging on first sight but I never felt unsafe. Highly recommend it!

This was a nightmare to find in the crazy Palermo traffic and tiny little alleys and cobble stone streets, but it was well worth it. A lovely little hotel just off one of the main streets in Palermo and surrounded by action.

This was our first hotel on our first 3 nights in Palermo on our first trip to Sicily. Lots of firsts! It was glorious. We had a 2 level suite which was perfectly gorgeous. We were right around the corner from the Ballaro market which we loved, tho I can understand why travelers who want a pristine shopping district might... More

I can highly recommend this hotel. It is clean, quiet, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. It is very clean. It has a very trendy boutique feel to it. Breakfast at the hotel was always fresh. Pastries, eggs, cheeses, hams, cereal, yoghurt's and fresh juices. The restaurant in the hotel for dinner with Chef Scarpulla was exquisite. Definitely... We stayed 2 nights and very much enjoyed the experience. The rooms are very large and well appointed. Only 2 bug-bears - which seem to be typical for Italian hotels - no tea making facilities in the room and no iron and ironing board in the room or available. I note others have mentioned noise. Yes the tile floors do... More
