Having stayed in countless B&B’s in Italy, La Bella Vita is #1 on my list. Why? Francesco and Luiga offer A+ hospitality and only 4 spacious rooms on a pedestrian street in the center. When the sun is shining and the air is warm, breakfast is served on the balcony. The rain shower stall soothes aching walking muscles while towels... More

If you want to jump start with positive energy for your vacation in Sicily, then you better stay at B&B La Belle Vita. It's a 4-room B&B at the penthouse of one of the buildings at via Principe di Belmonte - one of the charming pedestrian-only streets lined with cafes and shops in Palermo. It's just a block away from... More

Love this place, one of the highlights of our trip. Located in a very nice part of Palermo, with a top floor balcony, breakfast delivered on the patio. this place is awesome. Luigia and Francesco are like your welcoming family, smiling and very delightful couple, with a new addition to their family soon! Great views and great location! I almost... More

Two friends and I stayed here for two nights this fall and are very glad we did. The top-floor location on a pedestrian-only street in a nice part of Palermo is central yet quiet, very convenient to cafes, shops, and attractions. The rooms are bright and cheery, simply but colorfully decorated, and the bathrooms are spacious and contemporary, with a... More

Two friends and I stayed 2 nights in this charming B&B in Palermo. We liked absolutely everything about it. First, the location is unbeatable. Close to everything: shops, museums, restaurants, etc etc. I was a bit concerned at first being so close to restaurants and bars but they have excellent windows and the noise was not a problem at all.... Entering Palermo passing the old houses and dirty streets makes you feel uncomfortable.Than we arrived to the pedestrian street in which the B&B is located. You go with the lift to the seventh floor and immidiately after openning the door you feel better. The young couple Luigia and Francesco welcomed us with a big smile and you feel immidiately at... After several contributors recommending this place to me, I booked my room and was very glad I did. As most every other review says, it was a delightful place and the couple who own it - Luigia and Francesco - were very kind and attentive. I came to Palermo by bus from Siracusa and Francesco met me at the place... More

This B&B is owned and managed by a young couple who lives in the complex. The location is perfect in new town , facing to pedestrian only street. Francesco, owner, is very kind and pay attention to staying guest needs. Quality of breakfast is not satisfactory. That is a reason I cannot give the highest mark.

Absolutely perfect location and a wonderful room. We only stayed one night but wanted to spend a month. Very clean modern spacious room with a huge balcony overlooking a pedestrian street and the city--you can even see down to the waterfront. It was the most relaxing place we were in our 15 day trip to Sicily. We really enjoyed the... More

This B and B was quite wonderful in so many ways. The location is perfect -in the heart of the city - around the corner is the city sightseeing bus stop, the high end shops of the Via Liberta, via Roma (less expensive) and yet the street the B and B is in is a pedestrianized area with chic restaurants...
