(August 2015 - 2 night stay) Lovely hotel in the centre of the tourist part of town (3min walk to the quadrant). The BnB is small and located on the 7th floor of a lovely building (there is a lift so don’t worry). The rooms overlook a long pedestrian street. The bedroom was modern with quiet air conditioning and very... More

The location of this B&B was very good. In the nice neighborhood in Palermo in a nice building. The owner was flexible for the check in / check out though we had to let him know ahead of time when we would be arriving. We had the budget twin room which was very average. Its fairly renovated and mostly clean.... More

We spent two nights in this B&B. It wasn't necessarily a bad experience, but it certainly could have been better. The positive points: an incredibly huge balcony, a comfortable bed, a large bathroom, a great shower, an excellent (and quiet) location, and a very friendly owner. Unfortunately, the place could (and should) have been cleaner, especially the balcony floor and... More

This wonderful B&B was a joy to visit. Francesco is an amazing host. He helps with everything from parking the car, to ensuring you have everything you need to enjoy your time in his wonderful city. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The WiFi is fast. The shower is amazing. The private terrace is gorgeous. The breakfast is delicious.... More

We stayed here for our first two nights of our stay in sicily. The owner was very helpful. The B and B was very well located and easy to walk anywhere we wanted. Our room ver very pleasant and extremely clean. We enjoyed having breakfast on the verandah. Though it is on a pedestrian street noise was not a problem.

It's hard to add anything to all the splendid reviews below. It was good to sit out on the balcony with a lovely breakfast ( great home made preserves) and look out on the world - mountains in one direction, comings and goings of cruise liners in the other and a lively, attractive pedestrian street below. Friendly and helpful hosts... More

La Bella Vita is perfectly located - close to an airport shuttle bus stop, in a comfortable part of town, with a mix of upmarket shops and back street cafes nearby. It's easy to get to the main tourist sites from here, although it is quite a long walk to the Palazzo or Cattedrale - not difficult, and an interesting... More

We enjoyed staying at La Bella Vita. The terrace from our room gave us a unique aerial view, while offering a wonderful breakfast expereience. The well modernized room and size of of bathroom - a most rare treat in Italy - added to the comfort of out stay. And Francesco's willingness to please and warm personality made it an even... More

I enjoyed a lot my stay, Francesco and Luigia, the owners, were very kind and I was feeling at home. I truly recommend this b&b if you are planning to spend a vacation in Palermo. The location is nice as well and there are few places around to have some wonderful arancine and brioche with ice cream.

My husband, sister, niece, and myself stayed in two rooms for two nights the beginning of May. The property is located in a safe area of Palermo on a pedestrian only street that has lots of shops and cafes. We were able to walk everywhere. Francesco and his wife (the owners) are so lovely. They greeted us warmly and helped... More
