Only had one night here on a Globus tour and was glad that was all we were staying. Room was a reasonable size and the bed and pillows were ok but the air conditioner was very noisy - would have liked to turn it off but was too hot to sleep without, but didn't get a lot of sleep anyway... More

First, the arranged rooms for our entire flight that got cancelled and they should recieve thanks for that. But that was the good part. Their cleaning staff runs around with walkie talkies and the don't know how to use a moderate tone of voice when they work at a hotell. We got woken up earliy in the morning by the... More

Very disappointing and luckily only booked for two nights. Hotel advertises panoramic views from restaurant on 14th Floor. This was not open. 14th Floor Pool bar was closed and had to go down to first floor to get a drink. No snack bar seemed to be in operation in the afternoon. Asked for a coffee on two occasions one at... More

The hot water was running very slowly. The view was not the... More

The hotel is a little farther outside of central Palermo than I would have liked, but still not too far away. I spent most of my days in Palermo, rather than at the hotel, but it was clean, the food was okay on the two evenings I ate there and had some nice chats with other guests at the bar,... More

I stayed in this hotel as part of a 5 days trip with a group from Grefis travel in Greece. It was a disgusting hotel last renovated centuries ago, stuff who didn't speak English, very bad food and very poor breakfast. I seriously do not recommend it.

We class ourselves as an easygoing couple when it comes to just getting our head down somewhere but here couldn't have been worse! Terrible location, staff quiet rude, gym = non existent and the pool remained closed for our duration of stay! We stayed in 7 different hotels on our 7 day tour of Sicily and this was ranked bottom!

We have just returned from a 4 day stay, we travelled with some friends, from our first encounter, to our check out we received terrible service! For a 4 star hotel the rooms were very spartan and the bathroom appeared as though it had not been cleaned in months. We found the hotel staff unhelpful, rude, bordering sarcastic when we... More

I have just returned from a 3-day stay here – I travelled with my daughter. I read the comments of others on Trip Advisor before I left and so was well aware of what to expect. The hotel itself is clean and safe. The public areas are nicely furnished and comfortable – while the rooms are a bit behind in... More
