Good location, really easy walking distance from many of Palermo's attractions. Clean room, separate dressing area, comfortable bed, spacious, marble lined bathroom. The main areas are a bit charmless as it is an old building which looks like many of the original features have been removed which is a bit of a shame it looks a bit generic and bland.... More

Receptionist very unfriendly bordering on rude. Great location. Cheap and nasty breakfast and some of the rooms are very noisy from the bar downstairs til 2am ! Otherwise room was good and bed comfortable. "Free wifi" only lasts for 1 hour per day which is frustrating and out dated !

Stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel looks quite new although it is not a new building. In the first night we've stayed in a room in the from of the building and then asked to change to a back room since the front rooms are very noisy, specially during the weekends. Back rooms are silent. On the plus side,... More

Only a very brief stay overnight in transit elsewhere but found the hotel clean and comfortable. Great location, room was more than satisfactory, and the staff were helpful when I really needed assistance. What more can you ask?

I strongly recommend against staying in this hotel. After experiencing concierges in Italy who consistently were helpful, welcoming and friendly, this hotel was the antithesis. It was not just one concierge, but all of them proved to be unhelpful and attitudinous. I asked one of them to confirm my plane reservation because I was not successful online and she initially... This hotel is modern and clean but also very easy and welcoming. The location is perfect for walking all the main areas in Palermo. Right by any number of restaurants, near shopping, attractions and the beach promenade and port. Good value and nice windows opening out on the street life, without being too noisy.

The hotel is very well located, and globally well redesigned in a very modern style. But the global quality of the service is very disappointing. Nice room design but staff not very friendly, beds not soft enough, very bad quality products at breakfast, ugly pictures on the walls of the breakfast room.

A hotel in a prime location as long as you go for a room at the rear (no view but so much quieter than the rooms at the front where traffic noise can be very disturbing). However, although what has been achieved in design is truly breath-taking it is let down by the service. Front desk was fine, rooms nice... More

The hotel itself is amazing: beautiful building in the heart of old Palermo, a stone's throw away from every must see in town, friendly staff, design furniture and bathroom.. I was welcomed with a relaxing massage in the hall, which was absolutely fantastic!I would give it a 5 star, if it weren't for two main reasons. It is noisy at... More

While in a great location in old Palermo this hotel needs better soundproofing. If your room is on the street on a Saturday night make sure you have earplugs. There was blaring music until 1 AM and then lots and lots of street noise until 4 AM. Also the hotel in general seems like it could use some tender loving... More
