The air condition of the room hardly cool. The shower splash all the room. They don't have big beds, the fix our of two individual mattress. The breakfast very poor. Doesn't have a parking. I would totally look for an other hotel the next time I'm in Palermo.

This is our second stay at Palazzo Sitano, although there has been a noticeable deterioration of the hotel. From the room to the quality of the breakfast and overall service, we felt a clear sense of neglect compared to three years ago. The hotel is very well situated ( it is right across from the historic market of la Vucciria,... More

Currently staying in Palermo as start for our island trip. Very good hotel, in our case (2 addults, 1x child) with a very big room. Absolutely clean and well organized. The hotel located near the Via Roma, where you can go shopping. Also a small market is nearby, which is very nice. Good breakfast and very friendly hotel stuff. In... More

Without being overly luxurious, we had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Palazzo Sitano in the summer 2014 for 3 nights. It is very central and is thus a very good base to walk around the old town (I would strongly advise against renting a car to visit Palermo). It is a few meters away from Piazza Borsa, the town... This hotel gives you exactly what you see when you book it. The room we had was beautiful with modern design, free wifi and gorgeous breakfast area. Breakfast buffet has loads of options, the girl was making us coffee every morning (espresso for my husband, latte machiato for me :) Would definitely stay there again, probably one of the nicest... We're a family of five visiting Sicily, and our first stop was Palermo at Hotel Palazzo Sitano. The hotel totally ruined our experience of Palermo, for the following reasons: 1. Extremely Bad Service When we complained of bad AC, we got rejected and no one fixed the problem (see below) When we asked for an iron, they made us feel... More

Clean, moderate design. However, basic services were not offered- Very weak air conditioning system for a hot summer stay, so our rooms were always stuff. No tissues in the room either so toilet paper was used. The rooms were barely lit, and not much sunlight can come through. No iron nor ironing board was available in the hotel. It is... More

From the street, you could almost miss Palazzo Sitano were it not for the flags outside. It was a revelation going through the doors to discover an extremely well constructed establishment. The room was very modern, albeit slightly unusual layout that did not make the best use of the floor area. The breakfast was reasonable, but the buffet layout needs... More

We stayed for 2 days in the hotel, on our 1st night suddenly all of the electricity was turned off while my friend took a shower and then suddenly another guest open our door and entered the room. I was shocked and then I went called the receptionist desk and asked them to turned back on the electricity and changed... More

Writing this after a trip to the bathroom no plug in the bath, argghhh really fancied a cold refreshing soak on a very hot July evening. Check plughole before getting excited. Hotel ok good rates but no verve, lacklustre feel, needs an injection of energy. Good location nr Piazza Marina and good bars and restaurants.
