I have held back from reviewing this property where I probably had some of the worst moments of my travel life encompassing 40 years of staying in Hotels. It started off because the room was sold (by Expedia) as a Double. There is no way on earth two people can stay there with two pieces of luggage. The room was... More

Dear guest, thank you very much for your delayed critics. I've seen, in fact, that you needed almost one year to write it. It was true last year that on expedia the dimension of our petite chambre was not clear, as a matter of fact that now they call it semi double and explain the dimension of the bed. Maybe... More

The front desk personal, especially the Blond haired woman was terrific! We are Americans and she helped us with so many details concerning Plermo. Our departure early in the AM was set up entirely by her, with wake up calls, Large taxi for 4 people with bags to airport, and a breakfast to go at 4AM to go!! I would... More

As always we stayed in the senior sweet and thus is indeed a completely different experience - your own apartment in the city center. The only disadvantage this time is that the air conditioner in the living room was half broken

Located on the crossroad of Via Maqueda and Via Vittorio Emanuele, this hotel is really in the heart of the old town of Palermo. Many sites, the markets, shopping areas and restaurants are within walking distance. A beautiful, well decorated place to stay in one of the most vibrant cities of Europe.

Hotel has a good location, right in the center and next to 4 Canti. Offers a spa w/ sauna, steam bath, swimming pool and relax area. Service is friendly however rooms... avoid booking the small double room as the bed is simply a small sofa bed for 1,5 person laid out. Can definitely recommend the hotel just be very mindful... We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while we explored Palermo. We had a suite, which was fully equipped. The room was comfortable, stylish and had a variety of modern amenities. The room was always the perfect temperature, which was especially fantastic after days out in the scalding Sicilian sun. Our bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a... More

We loved it here. Two nights at the end of a hectic Italian and Sicilian trip. The Quintocanto is exactly as described - luxurious, stylish, calm amidst Palermo's chaos. Lovely breakfasts, peaceful spa, and great food in the restaurant attached. Make sure you get a room with balcony and view of next door 16th century church. We had 523, which... More

This hotel stands at just Quatro Canti. We can go to many places, like Palazzo dei Normanni, La Martorana, Teatro Massimo, Cattedrale, Gesu, and so on, on foot. The bus stop to Monreale is close to the hotel. There are many restaurants near by. The staff is kind and gave us much information and helped us. Their breakfast is good.... More

This is a lovely little hotel on a main street right in the heart of Palermo. The furnishings are ultra modern, which contrasts nicely with the historic bones of the building. The courtyard is anchored by a stately palm tree and cobbled floor--a pretty and serene place for breakfast. There was lots of variety at the breakfast buffet, with the... More

This hotel had the best location for getting around Palermo. It was clean and staff were very efficient. My only gripe was, for me, that as a solo traveller I wished there was a proper bar and lounge area so that you could socialise with other guest after a days sight seeing. But that is my only gripe! Fantastic shower by... More
