Excellent location next to the Teatro Poleteana, clean and spacious rooms. Some noise from street. A stretch to make it a 4-star, but decent hotel. A good 3-star with a very good location. Good breakfast with egg, bacon and sausages, and good bread. Like all places at Sicily – also here not freshly squeezed juice. All in all, this makes... more

Very modern hotel within a 20 minute walk of the most important sites. Has free parking which is a necessity if you have a car in this chaotic city. Large rooms and excellent bathrooms and good international buffet breakfast. They don't keep all the dishes supplied very well though. Easy walk down to the port which ames somewhere pleasant to... more

The hotel is brandnew and impressing with its contemporary design in an old renovated building. The location is probably the best one can find in Palermo with the sightseeing bus just at the entrance. The free parking in this chaotic city is a very relevant asset. The room was much bigger than expected ( I presume ca. 35Sqm) with a... more

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Our room at the back of the hotel was clean and quiet, though we had to change from the original room on the 1st floor at the back which had a bad smell. Make sure you are on a higher floor away from the street. Breakfast was delicious with... more

It was a relief to find this lovely, newly renovated, clean hotel in what is a very polluted and dirty city. The free parking at the hotel was a fantastic bonus, no other hotel we looked at had this facitily, and certainly not for free. And be warned that parking is quite a nightmare in Palermo! The hotel is very... more

This is a wonderful modern hotel located in the Politeama district of Palermo. It fronts on to a busy street. This street is loud and if you're not used to big city noises ask to be put in the back of the hotel as it can be a little loud. With the windows to the quaint (and much used by... more

There's nothing wrong with this place, except for two things: First, it's very difficult to find, there's a small sign to the right of the building, but nothing on the front of it to tell you you've arrived. We arrived in a huge storm, with rain falling from the sky in sheets - we had to remain in our car,... more

We liked this hotel better than we liked Palermo. It was clean, modern, spacious and quiet. The front desk staff were helpful with restaurant suggestions and it was nice to have free internet access in the lobby. Our only complaint was that it took us at least 20 minutes to get our car out of onsite parking because it was... more

The hotel is in an old building that has been completely renovated and offers modern, large rooms in excellent taste. Our room was absolutely quiet despite the city centre location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. more
