Pro: Very central location. Very friendly, helpful and smiling staff at the reception. I have had a very large and elegant room, large heated bathroom. Very good Wi-Fi. Cons: Bad insulation of the rooms. Rooms are not noise proof at all! You could hear a lot of noise from the air condition machines on the corridor and from the ones... More

We stayed here 2 nights, at the beginning and end of our jaunt around Sicily. Great value for the price, we had a room with sofa bed for our 5 year old and the room both times (different rooms) were very spacious, the sofa bed was already made up etc. Bathrooms were large and adequately equipped. Breakfast was not for... More

I stayed at this hotel as parts of my insight tour. The rooms are massive and clean. I also found the staff very helpful. The fried eggs at breakfast was a great relief from 3 weeks of scrambled eggs. The wifi worked well.

I found the staff unfriendly, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. I submitted some pictures off it. To have a clean place to stay is very important to traveler and this wasn't one of them. I also like to have a staff helpful and friendly and also wasn't one of them.

This is an odd place. The windows, and gorgeous staircase are very old, but furnishings are very modern, accept in the breakfast area which feel's like a throwback to the 1970's. The rooms are big and clean, and the bathroom was big as well. However, the tub shower, the only shower in the room, had no curtain, so you soaked... More

I always stay here when I come to Palermo. The hotel is very clean and is only 5 years old. The service here always goes above and beyond my high expectations. The hotel is situated in a beautiful historic area of Palermo near the Politeama and Massimo theaters.

We've stay for three nights in this hotel we had a very pleasant stay. We visit almost everything by walk, the room was probably the larger in we have ever been and was always clean, the staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was not fantastic, but more than enough. Just a little bit chaotic because it's divided by different... More

As most reviews have noted, the best aspect of this hotel is the location for shopping and restaurants. Clean, large rooms and bathrooms, and free fast WIFI in the room as well as the business center. Travelers should not expect a Marriott type room in terms of furnishings and amenities. Very dated and views were disappointing (courtyard with hanging laundry... More
