I always stay here when I come to Palermo. The hotel is very clean and is only 5 years old. The service here always goes above and beyond my high expectations. The hotel is situated in a beautiful historic area of Palermo near the Politeama and Massimo theaters.

We've stay for three nights in this hotel we had a very pleasant stay. We visit almost everything by walk, the room was probably the larger in we have ever been and was always clean, the staff was helpful and nice. The breakfast was not fantastic, but more than enough. Just a little bit chaotic because it's divided by different... More

As most reviews have noted, the best aspect of this hotel is the location for shopping and restaurants. Clean, large rooms and bathrooms, and free fast WIFI in the room as well as the business center. Travelers should not expect a Marriott type room in terms of furnishings and amenities. Very dated and views were disappointing (courtyard with hanging laundry... More

The location of this hotel is ideal. Close to the shopping and tourist buses. Many eating establishments nearby. Frankly I found the establishment quite depressing. Entering the hotel via a side street stairway was different. The décor is very bland indeed. It needs something bright and colourful to welcome guests. Our room was one of the quietest as other people... More

This hotel is located in the perfect spot for a city visit to Palermo, right amongst the main shopping area and with a city tour bus stop at your doorstep. The staff was pleasant and courteous, and the room was very nice, a large comfortable bed with a very nice bathroom with a large shower. Although right in the city... More

I chose this hotel for an extended weekend in Palermo. This trip was a beautiful first experience in Sicily, which made me wish to return there at least a couple of times. I can't remember any downsides of this hotel. Excellent location, not only centrally and within walking distance of many landmarks but also the airport bus has a station... More

We stayed for 1 night only. Room very very basic, but clean. First night we saw cockroach coming from shower, that wasn't welcoming at all. Also we heard street noise all night. Breakfast was ok, coffee not so good. Location was good. Staff was very polite and efficient.

This hotel was really well situated in Palermo for us to walk around town to see the sights and access the restaurants, but also to get to the key buses for day excursions. The room was very spacious and clean, perfect for a base to venture out during the day and evening. However, it was facing the cinema which meant... More

The only reason why the hotel is not getting 5 stars is the fact that you have to pay for internet access (€3 for one hour, €7 for 3 days), they have two computers that can be used however. Located in what is effectively the centre of Palermo. Very close to the main shopping district and within walking distance of... More
