The location of this hotel is ideal. Close to the shopping and tourist buses. Many eating establishments nearby. Frankly I found the establishment quite depressing. Entering the hotel via a side street stairway was different. The décor is very bland indeed. It needs something bright and colourful to welcome guests. Our room was one of the quietest as other people... More

This hotel is located in the perfect spot for a city visit to Palermo, right amongst the main shopping area and with a city tour bus stop at your doorstep. The staff was pleasant and courteous, and the room was very nice, a large comfortable bed with a very nice bathroom with a large shower. Although right in the city... More

I chose this hotel for an extended weekend in Palermo. This trip was a beautiful first experience in Sicily, which made me wish to return there at least a couple of times. I can't remember any downsides of this hotel. Excellent location, not only centrally and within walking distance of many landmarks but also the airport bus has a station... More

We stayed for 1 night only. Room very very basic, but clean. First night we saw cockroach coming from shower, that wasn't welcoming at all. Also we heard street noise all night. Breakfast was ok, coffee not so good. Location was good. Staff was very polite and efficient.

This hotel was really well situated in Palermo for us to walk around town to see the sights and access the restaurants, but also to get to the key buses for day excursions. The room was very spacious and clean, perfect for a base to venture out during the day and evening. However, it was facing the cinema which meant... More

The only reason why the hotel is not getting 5 stars is the fact that you have to pay for internet access (€3 for one hour, €7 for 3 days), they have two computers that can be used however. Located in what is effectively the centre of Palermo. Very close to the main shopping district and within walking distance of... More

Good location, easy walking distance to Teatro Massimo and other landmarks in Palermo. Parking within hotel was available. Rooms modern - no character but spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent Sicilian breakfast (though don't touch coffee in machines-it's awful, go to a bar outside instead.) Staff ok - Upon arrival we were told that our rooms were suddenly unavailable and had... While visiting family in Palermo, we stayed at this hotel. Centrally located to all the markets and sites. The hotel was very clean and the bathroom was huge. We stayed in the back of the hotel so no street noise. The breakfast was very nice. They had everything for every diet. The Prestia e Comande Bus from the airport drops... More

Good location if you go to Palermo by boat. It takes around a 15-minute walk from the port to the hotel. Although it's not near Palermo central train station, the area which is so-called "New Town" of Palermo is much better than the area near central train station. The area around hotel is clean & tidy. It's believed to be... More

We stayed here for 4 days and we were very happy with our choice of hotel. Especially with the parking on site as parking in Palermo is a nightmare. The hotel is in the middle of everything and we were able to walk to all the places of interest with lovely restaurants close by..Cucagna was excellent. The hotel staff were... More
