This hotel is superior in every way. Beautiful marble interior, incorporating the ancient Palermo stone into the architecture. The room was huge, impeccably and elegantly decorated with wood floors, grand dome ceiling, soothing colors, huge bathroom, marble balcony with great views. Breakfast is delicious, and served on the deck of the top floor with breathtaking views of the mountains of... More

Had 5 nights here , and enjoyed all of it.The Hotel is quiet and calm with very good facilities in the bedrooms and roof top terraced eating area(breakfast/night time restaurant). The staff are helpful, informative and sensitive to your needs.Front reception staff all have excellent spoken English. The 'block' where the Hotel is located, has a huge range of experiences, and... More

Not easy to find without a GPS, just off the coastal 'panoramic' street, this is a very nice, classic hotel. A single receptionist greets, with your details all to hand already. Large, very comfortable room in a modern style. Hotel is opposite Garibaldi,s house but the street is very quiet. Parking is available at 21 Euro per night! Tip -... More

Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel, Despite being in very old part of Palermo it was a nice modern hotel with very well designed rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything you would expect to have was available, The roof terrace was especially nice for breakfast and a drink before heading out in the evening. We... More

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The night restaurant staff was really fun. The Wi-Fi was difficult. The front desk was just always busy. If they would've had a little bit more time or more staff that might've made the stay better. The area was good we just had a hard time starting to find your way around.... More

I have very mixed feelings about Palermo as a whole, however, this hotel is a beautiful hideaway for a great value in a bustling historical city. One of the best parts of staying at this hotel was there was actually free street parking right outside the hotel! The staff was helpful enough and we were upgraded without even asking upon... More

Firstly, I have to disagree with the previous review (Elizabeth), We stayed in Palermo at the Potra Felice for 5 nights and found the city to be full of intrigue, culture, history and vibrancy. Yes, from the outside the buildings do look unkempt but clearly this is not the case on the inside...Any door you saw open had elegant and... More

after struggling to find the hotel (walking from central station with suitcase) and being concerned at the poverty of the immediate area, the hotel & rooms were a pleasant surprise. I was on the 3rd floor with balcony (no chairs tho)& a rooftop view; the second floor rooms looked at a blank wall! no one could work the tvs or... More

This is a decent hotel located near city center and marina. Nice rooms and breakfast. Free Parking is available on the side streets. WiFi was a nightmare as it did not work our entire stay. Every time we asked the staff they said it would be fixed in 2 hours - this was very frustrating and annoying.
