My wife and I stayed in Palazzo Pantaleo for 2 nights in July 2015 and we both rated it very highly. The rooms are extremely large and well furnished for a B&B, to be honest they are the equivalent size if not larger than some 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The B&B is in an excellent location in... More

This renovated palace right in the central shopping street of Palermo has large, air-conditioned rooms. There is also a courtyard where you can park your car for free. The breakfast is varied and of high quality with lots of fresh fruit. The service is excellent and it's always nice to have a fridge in the room with free water!

Our family spent 2 nights at Palazzo Pantaleo. We arrived after a long international trip from NY with a long layover in Stockholm and our first experience driving in Sicily from the airport. The directions that Giuseppe provided us with were extremely helpful and we found the hotel pretty easily. Even though I had only given Giuseppe an estimate of... More

A beautiful B&B in central Palermo. Got a taxi at the airport (which was the same price as the bus) which left us a few yards away from the B&B. Rooms were spacious and clean and the entire B&B was finished beautifully. Breakfast was delicious. A great place from which to explore Palermo. Highly recommend this hotel and we hopefully... More

In the center of Palermo along the main shopping street. Very safe. Airport shuttle stops just around the corner of the street. Walking distance to sites in the old city. We took bus or taxi (Euro 10) to the piers. No need to buy Palermo Card. We took two rooms for 3 nights. Rooms are big, clean, tastefully decorated, and... More

My husband and I stayed here two nights at the beginning of our honeymoon tour of Sicily. Giuseppe made us feel so welcome and we loved his dry sense of humour. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. Each morning we were greeted with a lovely spread of fresh fruit, Sicilian pastries, and plenty of coffee. Giuseppe... More

What a surprise to find this hotel. It is in a courtyard, so you can't see it from the main street. We were greeted by the owner, Giuseppe. He checked us in and took us to our room. In 2004 Giuseppe gutted the building the hotel is now in. He did much of the work himself, including some beautiful tile... More

On my return trip to this B and B I stayed the total of 10 days. It is a wonderful place to stay for that long or less or more.. The rooms are large, bathrooms are bigger than normal, and breakfasts have a great selection of breads, cheese, Parma ham and plenty of fresh fruits. And a wonderful host, Giuseppe.... More

We are in our last night of a three night stay at the Palazzo Pantaleo. As other reviewers have noted, Giuseppe has been helpfulness personified and his recommendations have been sound. We are staying in a large, terrazzo floored room with separate toilet and shower rooms. Our room faces the private courtyard and it has been pleasant to observe daily... More

Palermo was the last stop on a two week tour of Southern Italy and Sicily. The location is ideal; a block from where the airport bus drops you off at Politeama Square. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the Teatro Massimo and the old parts of Palermo. Giuseppe, the owner, is friendly and incredibly helpful. The rooms are... More
