Palermo was the last stop on a two week tour of Southern Italy and Sicily. The location is ideal; a block from where the airport bus drops you off at Politeama Square. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the Teatro Massimo and the old parts of Palermo. Giuseppe, the owner, is friendly and incredibly helpful. The rooms are... More

Arrived in Palermo at 1145PM, and was incredibly happy to have anyplace to stay..I found the place as the closest hotel to the bus stop! .Giuseppe, the owner, waited up for me and showed me to my beautiful room...a fantastic breakfast awaited me the next morning and Giuseppe told me what to do in the days I had in Palermo.... Highly recommend this unique B&B in the center of Palermo. In what is a rough & tumble urban environment, the professorial Giuseppe provides quiet guidance and a sense of security. The place is tucked away in a courtyard off an alley off a major center city avenue (dealing with the various doors/locks is a fun event in itself). Clean, quiet... More

We stayed at Palazzo Pantaleo for 6 nights in early March and it was perfect. It is close to the centre of town, was very clean and very quiet. The room was large with a view over the courtyard. Giuseppe (the owner) speaks good English (and German plus a few others), is extremely helpful with suggestions and advice, and has... More

This place is unique, it is run by Giuseppe, who is the opitomy of a small hotelier. He is attentive and has a wonderful charm that brings calm around him. Nothing is too much trouble. He make you feel you are a guest in his home, not in a hotel. He shouls be the model for many more. The building... More

Palazzo Pantaleo was everything we were looking for and even better than expected. It has an excellent location, our room was large, confortable and quiet, I loved breakfast. You can see that the owner really takes care of the place and pay attention to the details. Giuseppe was always helpful and nice to us. I would definitely stay at Palazzo... More

We flew into Palermo from Napoli on a cold, rainy night. Got a taxi to the B&B because I didn't want to pull luggage down an unknown street in the rain from the bus stop. Now, having stayed there and knowing the neighborhood, I would be OK with the bus/tram stop. It is a very safe neighborhood. In fact, the... More

My husband and I spent our last two nights of an eight week trip through Sicily at the Palazzo...it was wonderful ! The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location was very convenient, and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit. Best of all was the service provided by Giuseppe and his staff. The... More

This B&B in the heart of Palermo was perfect in all respects. Comfortable, spacious, quiet, good breakfast, friendly and helpful host. Although its address in on a very busy street, it is in a courtyard one building back from the street, so very quiet (yet good light). Added bonus was the airport bus for $8 only one block away.

Car parking in courtyard of B&B very convenient and serviced by attendants. Great advice in reaching Airport from Palermo and shopping in town. Palatial, ample rooms Great breakfast even when leaving at 4 am.
