Good communication with owner to arrange arrival. Spacious, clean apartment in centre of Palermo within easy walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to see in the city. Lively area with much going on and balcony to watch it from but good enough windows to block out most of the noise. Nice coffee and pastry shop just next door. Helped... More

B&B Teatro Massimo located in the heart of Palermo - in the very center of the city. From this point (Via Orologio 31) you can easily get all important places of Palermo on foot. We lived there for 4 days and almost did not use public transport. Another important thing is that the stop of the shuttle from the airport... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here at the end of the summer. I don't usually write reviews, but the owner of this place was so welcoming and helpful that i think I will. The flat is ample in terms of space, it was cleaned before and during our stay, with fresh bedding and towels provided. Cooking facilities were made up... More

This is a B&B with excellent location in the very centre of the city of Palermo, just one minute walk from the famous Teatro Massimo. Located in the noisy street of Via Orologio where there is a number of restaurants and caffes working late into night. We arrived very late, after mid-night, but there was a very nice and pleasant... Perfect stay in the city centre. Though not a hotel or B&B in the classical sense, this one-room B&B offered us all what we needed: nice and big room and big bath room. Though it can be noisy outside (bar area), you do not hear anything thanks to the isolated windows. Breakfast is pre-prepared thus it does not provide you... More

Not very welcoming, same "pay cash" stunt pulled to another person who wrote a review. Since it is a B&B, I'll rate both. Bed is poor, 1st price ikea bed. Breakfast is actually what you can see in the picture : make yourself some tea or coffee + wrapped up in plastic croissant and bred loaf.... Palermo is one of... More

The location is perfect and the B&B is new and clean. The forniture could be improved with small things, like a drawer and another desk. It's full of bars under the room which is nice but if you're back from a long walking day and you feel like resting and spleeping it can be a bit noisy up to late... More

Room: The room was dated and did not have a modern look. It had a hippie/bohemian feel to it. It was nothing like the photos provided by the management. The marketing photos made it look luxurious, and it was far from that. Very old, dated room that didn't seem clean. Cleanliness: I would rate cleanliness as Poor Location: Good location... More

This B&B (really oversized apartments) is located in the heart of the clubs of Palermo. The location is great, the sounds from the clubs and bars is interesting, and the building is located on a street where you can reach out and almost touch your neighbor's balconies. All make for a fun experience. The owner is friendly and helpful. Our... More

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS FIRST CLASS AND UTTERLY TO BE RECOMMENDED. We tried five B+Bs in Palermo, Trappani and Marsala in February 2012. Without any doubt, this one was the best, and only fractionally more expensive than the others. It had central location and, when we were there in Feb anyway, was also really quiet. It had period charm, a helpful... More
