near the train and bus stations so excellent for travelling out of catania on day trips but it is a 15 to 20 min walk into the centre for a choice of evening meals. we ate at primo piano 3 times - as only 5 mins away and good food at reasonable prices. the area is really not that bad... More

The area is not the nicest one in Catania. It looks dirty and unsafe, however the hotel is nice and cosy, with a simple free breakfast and very polite and helpful staff. I would recommend it.
