The staff seemed nice enough and the location was central, but thats the only positives I can think of.. Terribly overpriced compared to other much better hotels in the area. Wi-Fi didn't work at all in my room, but did in my friends room next door. Disgusting stained wall to wall carpet, which I'm pretty sure got my allergies going.... More

great location - close to railway and bus station, center of the city, stuff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us good information about prices, arranged tour to Etna, a contact of good dentist... Our room was small with old furniture but very clean and nice. Very good hotel for those who wants to explore Catania and its surroundings

This hotel is one minute from a great restaurant, a laundromat and a big piazza, all in the same block! However, the neighborhood is run-down with lots of graffiti and litter. We stayed on the top floor in a two level room with very comfortable beds but ancient, filthy looking carpets, and a showerhead that wouldn't adjust up and down.... More

Good location very central and friendly staff. Hotel rooms needs a refurbishment, water supply was very poor in the morning, I have booked and paid for an extra bed in a room and it was not prepared, and with regards with the breakfast I was very dissapointed, boiled eggs were rotten.

This is an older vintage property that is family owned and operated. They are extremely warm and gracious people who can't do enough for you. As an example, they arranged for a tour of Mt Etna at 11pm for the next day as we arrived very late. We stayed 3 nights. The rooms are dated but the bathroom has been... More

First of all, the staff were very welcoming and nice. The HOTEL, is not a 3 star hotel by any means, I have stayed in many hotels and i know how 3 stars hotel should look like. I would give it 1 star at the most. It is very old , and the furniture were very old and dirty. Bathroom... More

stayed one night on the way back home.. Great set of staff at this place. They fall over backwards to help you out. Rooms were clean and id the job, small fridge, big bathroom. It could do with with a refab, but hey, it's cheap and cheerful. excessive breakfast to boot. It's in the centre of town, close to the... More

Centrally located 3* hotel. Need a bit of a refurbishment. But is adequate for a Short stay. The double bed is actually 2 single beds put together. Large bathroom. No lift. No parking. On a fairly noisy road but the rooms are sound proof when windows are closed.

This lovely hotel was located a 20minute walk away from the bus terminal. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator to take us to our room on an upper floor was very small, so much so that two people and two suitcases did not fit. Our room was very small in comparison to the others we stayed in...
