It has wonderful view. I paid 50EUR for piazza view and double bed for 1 person. Great location and wonderful view. But it' all. Nonetheless, if I visit Catania again, I will stay here again. It will be best hotel in Catania...

The hotel is situated in the main square of Catania so for walking trips in the city center is reccomended. Rooms are old and need some update. No elevator to go to the third floor and bad signs that are not helping to find your way to the room. Eventhough the view is beatifull from the windows as you can... More

We were lucky enough to get a room in this hotel, as we were "homeless" in Sicily and were looking for somewhere to stay for our last two nights on the island. We wanted to stay in Catania, and be near enough to the airport. We also knew where we wanted to stay (St. Agatha Cathedral view/Piazza Duomo). Not only... More

I stayed here last month, and was very satisfied with the location. It is just by the Duomo, and is good for sight seeing. The room was not gorgeous but clean enough to sleep. The piazza Duomo is busy all night long, so it may be a little bit noisy. If you want a silent room for sleeping, this hotel... More

Lovely view. Cheap basic hotel. Dated but clean rooms. Quite ok for a night . Breakfast is a fresh pastry and good coffee from the cafe on the square. If you don't like noise, ask for a room at the back. We paid 60 euros. Value for money. The reception staff are very helpful and kept our bags for a... More

This hotel has a great view of Fontana del' Elefante and is very well located to walk around Catania. The prices are far to the season and the rooms are clean. If you are looking for a simple room with a great view this is a good choice.

Just came back from a 4-day stay in Catania. The hotel staff was friendly however they don't speak English. Rooms are ok: clean with comfortable beds, nicely decorated. The location is perfect: in the heart of tourist area, train/bus station is only 15 mins away on foot. I had a room with a view to Piazza Duomo - beautiful sight!... More

I didn't intend staying in this hotel but needed to go to Catania at short notice. I was in Taormina and tried to get a hotel in Catania at short notice. This hotel facilitated me. It is room only. There's no dining room or bar here but it is right in the heart of Catania overlooking the Piazza Duomo. When... More

good location for the centre of town and only a 5-10 minute walk to some good restaurants and wine bars. just around the corner from the famous fish market and is right on the duome plaza where the taxi rank is. it is probably about a 20 minute walk from the train station. reception staff were terrible. check in was... The location is wonderful, facing the Piazza del Duoma at the bottom of Via Etnea. This hotel was great value (100 euros for a double with bath. Very clean but no frills!!...and no lift, so you need to be fit if you are allocated a room on the top floor!!!!. Some rooms can be noisy (traffic at night over a... More
