However there are too few staff around and the ones that are seem fairly unhelpful and don't seem to know much about the sort of information tourists want or care that much about the guests. We went to Del Bosco for the New Year (2005) and our time spent there was somewhat marred by the dreadful customer service received at the hotel. Beautiful surroundings, attentive staff, delicious food, rooms decorated in antique style.... it would be hard to fault the villa del bosco, the major disadvantage being the suburban location outside of the centre of town. more
