First of all, we made reservation through Booking.com for another hotel, which was very disgusting and illegal.Don't book through Booking.com. Hotel Biscari is amazing place to stay.Location could not be any better. Walking distance to all top attractans in Catania. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable beds.Amazing garden. This one is my favorite... More

Weren't informed beforehand that we needed to book a parking space. Mugged at the door of the hotel, be extremely careful if arriving at night. The night clerk was not helpful post mugging, should have called the police immediately according to the police. Also had to find a parking space, making worse the whole post mugging experience. Then... Extremely loud... More

I'll start by saying that I made my reservation online - and in the request portion - indicated that I would like a quiet room - in both english and Italian. The staff, during my two night stay, were extremely warm, gracious and helpful. The first room was large and clean, linens crisp, mattress comfortable. However. My room had a... More

Sicily is different from Rest of italy.people are quite authentic, and catania is not a Tourist Location.the hotel has a certain Charme, not luxury, but sufficient.a relaxing on the roof is real a benefit.good hotel,i can recomend it.

I don't feel I can give a completely rounded view of this hotel as we stayed in rather unusual circumstances. Catania was abnormally cold, wet and windy during our stay, so all I would say is that this probably wouldn't be the best choice of hotel in the winter months! The hotel is an old palazzo with high ceilings, not... More

Somewhere in the middle of a bustling town is an oasis otherwise known as the Biscari. The contrast between the tranquility of the rooms and the outside is quite pronounced and really appreciated after a night out sampling the delights of Catania. I stayed in room 6 which was spacious, simply decorated with a juliet balcony overlooking via Emmanuele. Best... More

We stayed in the Biscari for one night in August 2014. We stayed in Room 3. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet road and is only a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and the centre. It is situated a 10 minute walk from the bus station which is where the airport bus drops you off. There are... More

We paid 134 euros for two nights in a triple room with breakfast. Fantastic location in the city centre, friendly, helpful staff and huge room ( no 6) the plumbing was fine, the furnishing was fine and the view to etna, the duomo and the sea from our room was fab. Ok, it was a bit noisy and there were... More

Whenever I question in the mail before I arrive , Every response was wholehearted and friendly. Bus terminals, airport, obelisk, cathedral, the fish market ...All spots are near this hotel. Above all, I still can't forget the scenery overlooking the cruise ship on the rooftop' s breakfasttime. If I go back to Catania , I will stay in this hotel... More

I've just returned from a weeks stay with my mates @ Hotel Biscari. I was staying in Room 9. We tried to get the 457 bus from Fonterossa Airport but it appears Sicily is not geared up to help tourists to use public transport, so we took a taxi which was expensive @ 31 euros!! We were greeted by Ilenia... More
