Great room. Loved how the room was decorated and the staff was great! We came in early due to an overnight train. While we waited for the room to be ready, the girl at the front desk was really helpful on organizing a last minute tour for Etna and restaurant reservations. Wish I could have stayed longer. Great location within... More

with one word the hotel is just perfect. The room was one of the best we have ever stayed for this kind of a hotel. It was spacious and in brilliant condition. High and painted ceiling would increase the quality of your sleep. The hotel is one the Umberto street which connects to the main Via Etna. you can reach... More

Dear guests, we are glad to read that Your stay here was so nice, and that You have appreciated our room. "Antiche Volte" has this name for the reason of the ceiling that You have mentioned! The fact that You have found it so beautiful and comfortable, is for us a really pleasure! We hope You will be our guests... More

We loved the studio we rented at Antiche Volte. It was very beautiful. Mathilde and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The parking for our rented car was ideal. Just around the corner there was a very nice local fish restaurant. We ate there for 3 evenings.

A very cosy, homely and nice place. The service was great with friendly and helpful employees. Told us what to do and what not. The only thing we like was that the rooms were a bit sensitively, noise from hallway and kitchen.

Situated in a very central location, this B&B has basically decorated but tasteful and clean room. The rooms are very spacious with high ceiling and beautiful paints. The owners and the management team are very friendly and polite, making the best to make your comfortable

First of all I have to say, for the most part, I did not like Catania so my initial reaction to this B&B was negative. However, after staying there for three nights I realized the accommodations were pretty good. The room was very large and beautifully decorated. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was large with a great... More

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. But the hotel is quite a long walk from the historic centre. We stayed there during the New year period and virtually everything was closed nearby. The only restaruants that were open were closer to town. We also thought the breakfast could be imprved (only sweets and pastries). They should consider serving alternatives like... More

We stayed at Antiche Volte for five nights recently, it was a lovely secure facility with great rooms and a most helpful staff. The breakfasts were wonderful, many choices. The location in Catania was also great, it's an easy walk to and from the train and bus stations. We would have no hesitation in recommending Antiche Volte to any other... More

We stayed at this lovely B&B in Catania for two nights in July 2013. It is located on the first floor of a Baroque building and is about 10-15 minutes walk to Villa Bellini and Catania's legendary markets. The room is one of the best we have stayed in over several years of travelling in Italy. It was big, beautifully... More

A lovely floor of rooms each with an ensuite. The room I stayed in had a wonderful high ceiling decoration and ornate lighting. Pristinely clean in the room and bathroom. Breakfast is a wonderful experience of smiling, helpful staff with a fresh twist to breakfast. Fresh squeezed juices and home made cakes along with the usual cearel selection all in... More
