Pros: good location, excellent parking close by, clean and comfortable, a great breakfast buffet. Cons: reception staff that are either grumpy or just uncommunicative, hideous decor. More

The Mariano is locate on the edge of the old town within walking distance of all the main sights. Hotel ideally placed in centre of Oristano. Free parking which is a bonus in the centre. Good variety of shops and restaurants. Hotel is quite grand with spacious rooms. A great base to wander around town. Bizarrely a town with few restaurants, albeit a great Chinese just across the square from this hotel. Good ice cream parlour opposite too. The rooms at this hotel were well-appointed, clean and great value for money. It was within easy walking distance to all the sites and there is free parking very close. Unfortunatley, on one of the nights it was very loud due to music and singing in a nearby bar until about 4am. More
