My husband and I stayed at the Albaruja Hotel for 5 nights in Sept 08, and really liked it.

Our thoughts are pretty much the same as scouse-spouse.
We have just returned from what was supposed to be a 5 night stay followed by a 4 night stay in a 4 star in Pula.
We spent one night at the 4 star and then came back here for the last 3 it was that good !

We spent the first two weeks of July in Sardinia at the Hotel Albaruja (booked through Just Sardinia) in Costa Rei and would definitely go back again.
The Albaruja is a small three star hotel with a reception block containing lounge and breakfast patio overlooking the pool. The rooms are studio apartments in several small blocks set in the gardens....
