When l booked this hotel l was confused by reviews on Trip Advisor for another Hotel Grillo in Sardinia which were poor. If you are staying in Hotel Grillo, 123 via Carmine in Assemini - relax its a brilliant hotel, the other one is somewhere else. We(4 adults) stayed at the Il Grillo after a long day of flying from the USA via Rome. We booked on Booking.com and got a good rate for a quad. We were greeted by Marco who helped us settle in by suggesting a terrific pizzeria within walking distance. He supplied us with silverware and a place to eat our take... more
The food was excellent and the hotel's location was close to every tourist spot including the beaches. The hotel has a very trendy disco underground, but it's conceiled therefore enableing hotel guests to maintain their quiet comfort and privacy.
