I would like to make a positive start by saying that the location of the hotel is delightful, being as it is, set in a natural park and right on the beach. The vast majority of the staff were pleasant and helpful and the dinner menu was, on the whole of good quality and choice. Breakfast was OK, but could... More

Just wanted to say that this hotel is amazing, especially if you have children who can swim so maybe 4 plus! We have just had two weeks at the hotel and everybody we met rated it highly. It is a three star, so the decor is basic however the friendliness of the staff, the amazingly clean rooms, the great food... More

Paid way too much for an "oceanview" room...which essentially was a view of a giant palm tree obstructing our view. They charge 6 euros a day per person for "Resort Fees" basically meaning use of the pool and to cover the cost of the aerobics teachers and spanish dancing lessons that no one takes advantage of. The rooms are not... More

We booked two rooms in Mango suites hotel through cleartrip. After booking I received a phone call from the hotel that they can at beast give me one room since all rooms are already booked. They asked me to advise cleartrip for refund. I refused with a plea that if any problem they have to advice cleartrip. I send mails... More

Went as a family with two small children (aged 4 & 5) for a week at half-term. Booked directly after finding a great deal on the hotel's web site if you went full board. The beach is literally on your doorstep and is sandy & gently shelving making it ideal for children. Sun loungers are provided and there were always... More

This could be a great hotel - the location, the low two-stories construction, the swimming pool, the beach just a few metres from the rooms - but still fails quite short do deliver - the place just isnt interested in trying that little harder who could make all the difference. First, the facts. The hotel is an ok sized faciliy... More

We stayed for 2 nights en route to the other side of the island. Arrived at 8.45 in the evening and was greeted by a receptionist who had no interest in us other than we appeared to be a nuisance. Made it to the restaurant just on time (closes at 9). Food was poor. Room was OK but very dated.... More

Not a posh or glitzy hotel -- it is a three star after all, and the decor is a bit dated but the hotel is absolutely immaculate everywhere, the food is good, the pool is perfect, the beach is great and the staff is welcoming. Our kids had the time of their lives. The mini club staff were fabulous and... More
