I stayed here twice recently, and I love this hotel. The hotel is getting shabbyish - anywhere else I would rate that as major minus, but then suddenly in Italy that adds to cool. Call it Italian privilege, but there it is. My last night, I lucked out with a big room with a view, and I could just stay... More

This hotel is located in a tourist zone directly on the water. This grande old dame is very elegant and gracious despite the carpet being a bit worn. If you can overlook this you will have a good experience. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed including the bathroom. Wifi works well and is included along with an adequate... More

This is a great hotel with an average breakfast. Great location, kind multilingual staff. Free bike rental, near a lot of restaurants and bars. Money paid was okay for what we received. Will recommend for couples, after lies and business occasions. Things that they can change: skimmed milk in breakfast. Please use real milk. Carpets are 120 years old and... More

We stayed here after a long flight from California with no luggage (don' t fly al Italia through Rome ...lots of luggage gets lost and took 3 days and 3 trips to the airport to get our bags). We had chosen this hotel because we wanted to wake up to a sea view. Well worth it. Take a junior suite... More

Traditional old hotel with a great localization and wonderful customer service. Totally recommended if you want to stay in a place close to the city center, to the port and to the airport. You can ask for breakfast included and you'll enjoy it to.

We recently stayed in the hotel whilst in Brindisi for work. The hotel is in a good location and is clean, but it really needs a facelift. Decoration, carpets and rooms all feel worn and a little shoddy. Air conditioning went off on the last day. My single room had a nice bathroom, but the room was small and very... More

I am so pleased that I booked this hotel in spite of some negative reviews. I love the old elegance. The service is fantastic, staff couldnt have been more helpful. Location is first class, and what a view from my gorgeous room. I will definitely return!!

I have booked about 20 rooms to host my wedding guests from all over the world. The staff did a great job in accommodating all guests in the best possible way, taking care of their different needs. The staff is extremely warm, and if there is an issue, they will go the extra mile to fix it. I would book... More

The room was clean and the staff attentive and friendly. A little worn down compared to modern hotels, but that only adds and does not take away from this hotel's charm. It is a very safe environment to walk the area and enjoy the water lapping waves. The room we had was large compared to most hotels in Europe. We... More

We should have turned around when we walked in, but we arrived near midnight and it wasn't an option. The good news: The staff is friendly and there is a lovely view from the rooms at the front of the hotel. A note: the hotel garage looks to hold four cars. After that it is unclear if parking would be... More
