My husband and I started our 10 day trip around Puglia at Seragambetta and by the end, our fondest memories were the 3 days we spent there. The house and grounds are lovely. Exactly the right balance between authentic agriturismo and comfortable b&b. In the evenings we eschewed the local restaurants to have dinner with our fellow guests, not only... More

We have just stayed 3 nights at Serragambeta, on a 3 week tour around Italy. We have stayed in some lovely rooms and eaten gourmet Italian food, but nowhere rivals Serragambeta for its warm hospitality. Dinner, prepared by Angela and Gina using home grown organic produce, is served on long tables in an outdoor courtyard and is washed down with... More

A long weekend was spent in the tranquil, picturesque surroundings of Serragambetta with the bubbly host Domenico helpful, knowledgable about the area and on hand to drop at the train station. The stony room was clean (more like an apartment), well presented with an en-suite and private balcony that looked out over the courtyard. The free bikes allow you to... More

Me and my husband stayed here for four nights after reading the great reviews on tripadvisor. We were not disappointed! This place is heavenly and we will definitely be coming back! The rooms are more like mini apartments, rustic but clean, perfect for the setting;the host Dominique bubbly and friendly; the setting is charming with organic farming all around ;swimming pool... Amazing food with the opportunity to learn how to make it. Do not expect fancy silly flourishes with the dinner, just good, wholesome but still beautifully presented food. I had a very spacious room with a writing table, vanity and washroom. The washroom was quite small and it's the shower/toilet in one tiny space kind of deal. But, you can... More

Looking for an off season break in Southern Italy we chose Serragambetta as a base to visit Puglia. Despite unusually cold weather in March we found the area beautiful, with almond and fruit trees in full blossom. Serragambetta is an old farm complex which is in the process of thoughtful and sympathetic redevelopment into an organic agriturismo. The original farmhouse... More

If you want to stay at an authentic Puglian Organic Farm this is the place for you. It is beautiful, the food is fabulous, the shared kitchen supper dining experience wonderful. Its great to meet people from different countries and share your days news. We have stayed in the house and the little cottages. Both are lovely.I cannot recommend it... More

We stay two nights and feel great: that’s not a hotel it’s more like a homestay. You sit together with the owner and “original Italia mamas” in a great looking kitchen. At dinner all guests sit around a big table. It was fun. You can choose between different looking rooms (tree, tower…). Every room has a specific individuality. In sommer... More

This is one of the best place for Holidays. In august 2010, We have tried room SUSASUSO. The only disadvantage of this room is that it could be difficult to climb the stairs after long dinner ;-) In sept. 2011 we have tried room LA TOUR which is really perfect for family. What we love in Serragambetta, is the possibility... More

Probably the best decision we made on our two week trip to Italy was staying at Serragambetta. The place is amazing if you are interested in slow food, alternative energy, a great place for families, and a truly relaxing time in the Puglia region. We had a fantastic time and hope to come back again another day to spend time... More
